Service was really good! Pick-up and drop-off service would have helped me more, considering that I live within 15 mins distance from the Hertz location.
Check-in took some time because only one person was available at counter. Type of vehicle was as reserved. Color of vehicle was hideous. Certainly not meant for a senior. Save in for the kids.

Great customer service
My car has been in the shop for 3 months and I am here every week. Carlos and Edgar are awesome! I ask for and they get me the same car (if avaiable) so I am used to the same one. They know me by my name when I walk in the door and make the transaction fast
