The wait time was insane for this location, also charged me a WEEK extra though I only turned the car in an hour late. I had to call Hertz customer service and they were able to dispute this for me and refund the extra charge. Communication to keep me updated on my car was good, they called me the day before telling me they might not have my car but then called again telling me they have it. It was nice to have after hours drop off.
