There were two problems. Most concerning was that the blind spot indicator of side mirrors did not indicate presence of a vehicle at night it's nice to have that safety feature. Also the cleaning did not include the storage compartments that opened up.

They charged me 36.27 dollars for less than a quarter of a tank of gas, they also had me waiting for about an hour, just to return the rental, then changed me an extra hour for the time they had me waiting for.

Falsely claimed I caused pre existing damages.
I rented a truck from them and it was damaged upon pickup. I indicated the damages to the person who was helping us and they said "oh yea we know about those, dont worry about it"
I decided to tape a video of all the damages while in their parking lot anyway just in case and I'm glad I did because about 10 days later they sent an email with all those previous damages claiming I had done them.
