The pick up and delivering of the vehícule were very easy and fast and the SUV was very reliable and neat.
The price of rental I think wasn’t very clear on the moment of rent it on line because finally we paid the double mainly because of the taxes involved.
I would suggest to improve this process so the cliente understands better the final cost and it wouldn’ t be a surprise when we pay.

The fact tgat i can walk right to the car office and skip the airport desk. Also, if there's a messed up problem from another hertz, fir instance, another hertz not reimbursibg me for full wk rental at pick up because tge car im picking up to rent is trashed and smells like weed, not washed, etc. I drove it to airport hertz and the not only refunded, but started a new rental, new car, no problem, no hard time. The staff there at airport are akways above n beyond to help me with free upgrades, etc. Id love to work there!

Very poor selection of cars, especially for being in the President's Circle. We ended up with a Trailblazer that was uncomfortable and allowed very loud road noise.

Customer service was very easy and helpful. Early check in on driver's license was helpful for the car pickup. The vehicle was very clean and fuel was full. I definitely will be going back to Hertz

Simple to rent and return
Wasn't contacted prior to arrival to inform me my reserved vehicle was not available, but garage employee handled quickly and efficiently to get me on my way for replacement which literally took less than two minutes, rest of process was super easy and fast, no issues with vehicle or return.
