Was given crazy attitude when picking up my rantel from thw receptionist, I felt like it was because I am Jewish, he didn't stop saying no in a aggressive way, and not wanting to help me or answer any questions .
I reserved a small sedan for $56 a day because thats how much i was able to afford. And he gave a small suv and charged me $86 a day, which i couldn't afford

Better Than What Other's Say
I was apprehensive about using this location to rent but because it was the closet to my home, I felt I had no other choice.
I have to honest, the service there was really professional and good. I was treated as if I was of importance and that means a lot to me.
I would definitely use them again.

Upper saddle river agents were amazing
My car broke down so needed a rental to get home. It was a heat wave and I had to walk a few miles to get to the rental agency. The agents at the pick up were awesome. I wish I got their names. Thank you to them!

Looking out for additional fees
Picking up and returning the car went very well. I’m still upset to learn that even though I am a Hertz member, I seemed to have made the reservation through a third-party. I had to pay $15 per day for a second driver. We are
a married couple and it’s ridiculous to charge for a second driver. That policy may make me consider other rental companies.
