The Hertz people are great- problem was…

The Hertz people are great- problem was vehicle that we rented. We should have listened or asked when we picked up the car about cruise control and other options. However, that is on us. This Hyundai Tucson was a four-cylinder, which did not go well going over the mountains and there was no explanation in the vehicle of how to set up or use cruise control at all. The last car we rented was a Nissan rogue and it was outstanding. We will attempt to be more diligent in the future about the vehicle we rent, but Hertz is great!

Insufficient Number of Staff

I didn't like that only one attendant was at the location when I arrived, and he checked customers in and prepared the cars. Additionally, the car was not properly cleaned when I arrived to get the rental.

I have specifically chosen this Hertz…

I have specifically chosen this Hertz location because they have Great customer service!! Not only with myself but I witnessed an employee attending a customer while another customer attempted to get his attention and he handled it professionally while still continuing to assist his customer
