Save your time and effort for another company
One employee working so it took almost two hours to get my car and no access to a restroom. I did not get a car anything like I had reserved a month prior and the one I got was dirty with zero car mats and the oil change light on our entire trip. I will not be using Hertz again nor will I recommend them to friends. Why reserve anything when they just give you whatever and take forever to do that?
