The car was great
The car was great. Clean and new. Pick up and drop off were not a problem because it wasn't too busy. The biggest problem is phone response. I wanted to call the desk to let them know I'd be late picking up the car, and I had a question about returning the car early and in no case was I able to get a human to pick up and the automated phone options could not do what I needed. Please get a person to answer the phone.
