Rude behaviour by the cleaner and cafe…

Rude behaviour by the cleaner and cafe assistant this morning. This was my first visit to this shopping village. It was 09,50am and the automatic door opened. I was bellowed at, "you wait until 10am." I was shocked by his attitude. I told him I just have a question, where is the bathroom showroom so I know where it is? He bellowed again stating "you have to wait
until 10am" His manner was rude. This was my first experience at the shopping village, what a poor experience it was!!
