Best vinyl company about! I wouldn’t use anyone else, I have used Hexis for years and cannot fault their brilliant vinyl and super quick delivery!

Great supplier but useless delivery company used
Great supplier, their goods are really good quality and value for money but i wont be using them again due to the delivery company they use - APC.
absolute nightmare - took nearly 2 weeks to get my parcel but hexis crafts did assist well and got it sorted.

Permenant vinyl, poor customer service, no morals
I ordered multiple colours of permenant vinyl. I recieved the items and tried them straight away. I attempted to use on acrylic plastic and glass. I sent a video to the company explaining that the vinyl isn't sticking correctly. They came back with multiple suggestions, to which I tried them all. Nothing was working so I contacted again asking for a refund. They then sent a very degrading video making me look as if I was stupid. The video showed a man putting the vinyl onto glass and they mocking me at the end by showing that the vinyl stuck. They told me that because it was working on their end they can't offer me a refund. This is after they have a video of my vinyl not working correctly, they have actual video evidence. Their customer service was absolutely appalling. I would advise anyone not to use this company, they seem to care very little about a customer. They have lost possibly hundreds of pounds worth of business from me over the sake of very poor customer service.
