I ordered a pair of baby shoes through one of HeyBaby’s Instagram ads back in April 2025 and the product never arrived. It has been “waiting for details” for months and I’m not able to contact them to enquire after my order. Pretty sure this is a scam company!

I recently bought a pram from hey baby and was impressed with the quality of service and the helpfulness of the staff. The shop assistant was very patient on a number of occasions when we were deciding which pram to buy; she understood what we needed and did her best to match the pram to our needs.
The range of products is brilliant and different to the run if the mill products found in the high street.

We will definitely be visiting again!

I ordered an ergo baby carrier from them and I called and called many times prior to my order with millions of questions and they could not have been more helpful and friendly!

The customer service was second to none and I was lucky enough to be visiting family in the area and got to pop in and visit this weekend. Such a fantastic shop, wanted evetyything in there!

Hey Baby is the perfect little independent shop offering a wide range of baby and child goods. I love the variety and choice of clothing they offer, different to anything you find on the high street. They have toys, gifts and books that really offer something novel to the consumer particularly their range of ethical and organic products. The staff are very knowledgeable and well informed, always helpful and ready to offer advice when needed. I would highly recommend Heybaby and encourage anyone to pop in and take a look at the great things on offer or browse the website for a taster!
