I have bought a bed, headboard and a mattress.

Received all items... But:
Bed with storage closing only with mattress being on top but that's fine not a big deal...

Headboard damaged missing some diamonds (Ottoman Headboard)

Mattress ordered was memory foam. Instead cheap sprung mattress delivered.

For delivery to second floor had to pay driver as that's not included and its not a two man delivery. But that's fine.

On request to exchange we were about to receive same items and again sprung mattress.

Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend to deal with them as customer service is very poor, after leaving bad reviews on Facebook got blocked.

Have requested full refund because customer service were insisting that the mattress I have ordered. Even though I have evidence its not.

Honestly I would really consider buying something from this company. Owner should look into their office team.

Ordered a mattress that was due to be delivered yesterday. No one came no communication. Tried to call them And the phone line was off Although it said it was open on the website.

Finally got on the phone with them today after waiting for an hour. They basically told me that I missed a delivery because there was no one at my place and I was home all day yesterday waiting! I said that and he basically called me a liar. Would not recommend at all

Lovely deep mattress a little hard for me so got a mattress topper

Without a doubt the worst service I have ever experienced. I paid a substantial amount of extra money for Saturday Delivery. Took time off work to be there. No one turned up. No communication from the company. Tried calling them all day Saturday and there phones were switched off. However the website states they were open. Finally got someone on the phone on Monday only to be fobbed off to support. Email only. Again no reply. Tuesday morning they try to force delivery, no one is there to collect. Called them to complain and basically got argued down by a defensive liar. The customer service is appalling with this company. They have no problem taking £650 and leaving people with no bed to sleep in. Absolute gangsters. Avoid at all costs. Also they operate several different websites all working out of the same dump near Bradford.

Great little bed sturdy and comfy. Only issue I have is one of the wheels keeps dropping out and not sitting properly.

i ordered a bed from this company and cancelled it the same day Paypal sent them the payment. they then took it from my bank. i have asked them to refund the payment and got a notification to say it had been sent to my bank account but it hasnt. Now need to find out what has happened to this money.i will never deal with this firm again

My headboard arrived with no fittings so all I can do is look at it

I bought a bed from Home furnishings, I ordered a single, with sliding doors and a matching Headboard.
I got a single bed with draws, a Headboard with no fixings posts, and the pattern match on the Headboard is a joke. I am now fighting to get my money back, and it's looking like I will have to take them to the small claims court. Do yourself a favour, don't touch them with a barge pole.

People, be aware with this company...I had problems with divan bed. They will not return your money. They will send the same bad product....
