HHCP.FR Bouncing Back After Delays
Please understand that this review is neither fake nor paid by the company; it is a personal account of my experience with them.
I first ordered from them in May 2023, and starting from March 2024, I began placing regular orders approximately every two weeks. They shipped via GLS, and this continued until early June without any issues (except for slightly long delivery times, but that was GLS's fault). The packages were sent from the Czech Republic and consistently arrived at my location in Italy without problems.
However, one of my orders, placed towards the end of June, was held up by German customs. This caused significant losses for the company, as my package, along with many others, was seized. Over a period of about two months, from July to August, I learned towards the end of August that they had resent my package from Portugal. Inside, I found exactly what I had paid for two months earlier. Everything arrived and was resolved in the best way possible.
In short, the company had to physically relocate from the Czech Republic to Portugal for legal reasons, which understandably led to delays on their part. This two-month delay and the customs seizure of all those packages resulted in a flood of negative reviews.
Admittedly, their communication via email is not great, but with persistence, everything worked out in the end. I even placed another order five days ago, and this time, it arrived from Portugal via UPS much faster, without any issues.
Ultimately, what happened to the company was simply a stroke of bad luck that affected both them and their customers. However, it seems like they are gradually getting back on track. I look forward to seeing new products in the future (the PUFFY ones were beautiful), and I’ll happily order again.
