We had our new bathroom installed last week and we are extremely pleased with the result.everything went as we were told from start to finish.the three men who put the bathroom in place Aaron (plumber),Michael (fitter) and Michael (electrician) were excellent and did a superb job.many thanks Joseph and Kathleen Brennan.

HHI designed and fitted my bathroom which is looking amazing - from first appointment to completion was around 3 months. It was Alice who first helped me to design the bathroom and answer any queries - Joanne who surveyed and each of the workmen who came out to do the work did a great job and were friendly to talk with - they all seemed to be very sure of what they were doing too. I received a £400 discount when it was discovered it would be much too messy to remove the old tilework too.

We went to HHI on the Castlereagh Road to choose/plan out our new kitchen. Jen was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. She helped us choose our design in line with our taste, offered brilliant ideas and suggestions, advised us honestly throughout using her expertise, brilliant communication throughout the process too, and her energy was just fantastic! We are over the moon with how the kitchen has turned out. Also, all the team from HHI who came out to the house throughout the process were fantastic too - very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and the job was done to perfection. Thank you all very much!

Great job on my recent bathroom install. They were incredibly helpful from the first showroom viewing, through all the planning/survey etc.
Install done midweek across a number of tradesman with good handovers and all mess tidied up. Couldn’t really ask for much more, excellent service and I’d use them again no issue

I would highly recommend HHI Glengormley. I recently got my bathroom renovated and couldn’t be happier. Alice was so good with the design, Bart the joiner, Neil the plumber and Alan the electrician did a fantastic job. They were so professional, clean and tidy and got it all done in 4 days!

We had work carried out a few years ago by HHI and knew when we needed new windows for our home that we would use HHI.

Darren came out to give us brilliant advice and the various options we could choose. We received the quote the next morning and we we're delighted with the price.

Our windows were installed over two days and Nicholas and Joe were exceptional. Extremely professional, friendly and two of the best tradesmen we've ever had. Their attention to detail and perfectionism was first class. They went above and beyond to make sure our windows were perfect and they cleaned everything up at the end.

We would highly recommend HHI for any home improvements.

I had a new front door installed. The product quality exceeded my expectations. Gareth who came and took the spec was professional and gave excellent advice. Robert the approved installer was also very professional and has done a brilliant job. Cannot fault the overall customer service. I would definitely recommend HHI.

We recently had both our bathroom and ensuite refitted by HHI. I'm happy to say, we had a great experience with them, from our initial contact right through to the job being completed. After a bad experience with a kitchen company, 3 or 4 years ago, it is so refreshing to find a company which still puts their customers at the heart of everything they do. A special thank you to Alice, who was very friendly, professional and customer focused throughout.

Was looking around companies before I started my renovation to my property and as soon as I went into hhi coleraine I didn’t have to go any where else !! Both Adam and Gareth were so helpful. From helping me understand products and taking time to show me all the options I can’t thank them enough !! I have collected products from them in store and what ever I couldn't collect they even delivered them to me. I definitely would not go anywhere else and so glad I found the place . A real credit to the company the boys are looking forward to doing business with them again

Having previously got HHI to design and install our main bathroom, we did not hesitate to go back to them when it came time to do our ensuite. The products are of an excellent quality and the design process ensured that we ended with bathrooms that are exactly what we wanted. The installation was fantastic, they arrived when they said they would and they stuck to the schedule. The after service was great too, issues were dealt with swiftly and efficiently. We would not hesitate to recommend HHI !

From showroom to installation it was a a seamless process. Gavin in the Castlereagh branch was extremely helpful when choosing our bathroom. We were able to take our time choosing products and they have such a huge selection to choose from. A big thank you to the guys who installed the bathroom. The Electrician was here first thing in the morning ensuring electrics were prepped for the rip out of old suite. Rodrigo did an amazing job of tiling walls and floor, installing shower and mirror etc. His attention to detail was great and cleaned up daily. David the plumber did an excellent job installing bathroom. He sorted out old underfloor drainage pipes that were causing problems with our old shower. We really appreciated the professional job the guys did and would highly recommend HHI.

It took three attempts to install a bath 'correctly' (although it squeaks - not that that was the reason for the three attempts). It took 2 attempts to install a vanity unit 'correctly' (not accounting for the fact you have left us with an inaccessible isolation valve and cistern). It took you three three attempts to fix the cistern fill valve which failed after a few months and can't even supply an appropriate replacement seal for the shower screen which again failed after a few months. They make out they project manage, but once they get the signed order they just send a resend random trades people they hire and refuse to send a representative out as apparently that's not how it works.

Update - Why are you only offering to send someone out after I have gone public. I was told 'that's not how it works' by Emily (corrected) when I tried to get you to come out before. If you truly care about your "Customer Service" you would have been proactive and contacted us direct!

Further Update, the fact you can't identify us from the catalogue of issues I've described (although admittedly I may have understated the full extent), suggests our issues are not that uncomment (prospective customers please note) and exactly why I don't want you to compound our issues by sending any more random trades people.

HHI, Prince Regent road, Belfast, sent their rep. out to help us choose a new composite door, who was very helpful. The new door is excellent quality with beautiful, creatively designed glass.
The 2 fitters were highly skilled and pleasant to converse with. No damage to the existing wall around the old door, which was so helpful, and all the mess efficiently cleared up. Highly recommend these fitters.

Excellent from start to finish. Charlotte was so helpful.She really listened when we told her what we wanted and had some great suggestions. The plumber, Electrician and fitter were amazing and cleaned up every day . Four days from start to finish. Delighted with our new ensuite bathroom.

Chris and Steve have done a wonderful job replacing all our outside suffices, gutters and drain pipes.
So professional and did a wonderful jobs. Overcome any problems that they came across. The weather these lads worked in was horrendous but they worked when they could and I cannot fault them in any way. Delighted with the finished job. Thanks lads. Can highly recommend hhi and their workers without any concerns. Bathroom done before Christmas, guttering etc just finished and new kitchen soon to be done by hhi.
