This hho generator Is another scam!!

This 5th hho generator I've bought promises incredible fuel economy results. I've purchased from five different companies in Portugal, the USA, France, Canada, and Germany, all selling this hho scam. But after a simple road test, you’ll realize you’ve been conned. If you ask for a refund, they’ll simply refuse, claiming you likely installed the device incorrectly. They even state on their website that they’ve been doing this for 16 years! Be cautious when purchasing this equipment for generating explosive hydrogen.

2021 I bought a hho generator and a…

2021 I bought a hho generator and a CCPWM from Hhoplus.com. The cables were all grey(in the outdated manual it read 3 diferent colour cables) which leads to mistakes and confusion. The cable lugs - and other connectors - were impossible to fasten to the thick and stiff cables. Likewise the generator itself was fitted with none standard pins(random dimensions) impossible to get the cables to fit! I soon noticed that the amperage was not possible to get up to recommended amperage(16-17 amp). I even bought a new alternator to my truck, but the problem persisted. I also noticed that the water in the bubbler flowed down to the electrolyte tank below, because no anti-backflow vent was included in "the kit". Neither were brackets for the installation, provided whatsoever! After a few email exchanges, the support stopped to reply. Neither do they answer my calls. I paid 4-5 hundred Euro for this kit, but never saved a cent on fuel. Warranty time is not over yet, but I lost my money + time, effort and costs

If your device is not working as supposed to, this company is not interested to help you out! Beware!

A major disappointment!

A very expensive MISTAKE 😪🤮💰💰💰

Unfortunately our newly aquired ENGINE CARBON CLEANING machine from HHO PLUS didn't work when it arrived.
Please see our GOOGLE REVIEW for an inside view on how it fell apart and how badly the Engine Carbon Cleaning machine is put together. 😢

An expensive mistake 😕 for us but what we can say is that it was not very well built, 😕 It was built very cheaply using wood screws instead of nuts and bolts in many places and the design was poor. We noticed the cooling fan had iron filings all over it, several bolts were only finger tight 😳. The main PCB had absolutely nothing holding it in place, it was dangling by its wires when we opened the machine. It's that badly made it actually shocked the he'll out of us as Engineers because none of us had ever seen anything so badly put together.

Our machine would not produce enough hydrogen to clean anything despite testing on the most powerful vehicles we had, namely a Mercedes S Class with a 220 amp alternator and a nearly new 2021 Range Rover Bespoke. The most we ever got out of it was about 4.5 amp's on the RR and 3.5 amps on the Mercedes. You need at least 15/20 amps to have any serious
cleaning effect. Other things that went wrong as soon as we used it was the green led ready light failed after about 5 minutes and it leaked as soon as we filled it for the first time due to a broken joint inside the machine. We lost about £1300.00 and after many hours over several days attempting to get it to work 🙃 it just never did. The company were Initially good at returning our emails but that dropped off towards the end. To sum up they got our money and we got something for the skip unfortunately 😕. I'm not saying all their machines are junk but the one we got was so it's a case for us as buyers remorse and if you are buying then buyer beware, but that will most likely turn into buyers remorse if its anything like ours.
Had the situation been that we had sold that machine. We would have shipped a tested new machine instead of ducking and diving the issue. We don't care about the money lost, its gone, we do care about our customers because without them there is no business 😉. Lessons learned are always buy from a reputable source and don't fall for the false advertising. ...also the thing is tiny small, their advertising images make the thing look much bigger. As for warranty.?..maybe they might do the decent thing and refund...that's what we would do...and then build the thing properly...This company seems to talk the talk but when it comes to delivering a quality working product that should last for years it fails miserablely at the first hurdle as ours was non functioning probably before it left the factory. Unfortunately 😕 all in all just really disappointing for the company and for us, the consumer...😞 So HHO PLUS...TAKE NOTE AND BUILD THINGS BETTER...🙄 YouTube video next I think 🤔 showing the machine in action, not that it does anything and a look inside at the shocking build quality, and after reading this review and looking at the digital images on our Google review of this machine ....if you still want one all we can say is GOOD LUCK...
