I order some make up from Hide and they sent the wrong color I been emailing them for days no response worse customer service ever this company do not want to own up to there mistake and make it right don’t buy from a company who do not vale there customer

I had ordered from this company like 10 years ago and it was amazing. I still have some of my glitters. I tried to buy again. Spent over $100 and waited a month and a half and didn't receive anything. I emailed, tried on socials, everything to get ahold of them and nothing. Finally I disputed it from my bank and got my money back. So bummed because they were an amazing company.

SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUISNESS!!! I placed an order in 2023 for $130. Never recieved it. Emailed, Instagram messaged and left comment after comment until I was blocked. I kept for a year till I finally got a response through email saying their buisness website had been taken over by a scammer. She had finally got her buisness back and I could now place another order. So as stupid as I am I did because they had a new Instagram and the website was different. Spent another $90 to NEVER hear from them again for another year and a half. SCAMMERS!!!

They are an absolute scam. They steal your money and you'll never receive the product in return. This company should be reported and shut down.

Ordered just under 30 days ago, not heard anything about my order? Posted on their socials loads, emailed them and NOTHING!! also their website has now closed down and they are opening under a new name.... but still no website and funnily enough you can't message them on Instagram which says it all! Wish I had seen these reviews sooner, will be disputing with my bank when 30 days has passed. Shitty people

All of the one star reviews are correct. I had only just learned about this company in March 2025, so I was unaware of their business practices. I ordered three eyeshadow pigments on March 11 and never received them. I disputed the charge with my bank 10 minutes ago. The business has been “closing down” for five months now, if you check their socials. I emailed them on March 31 for an ETA, and they replied the same day stating to allow another week for my order to arrive. They said to reach out if I haven’t received my shipment by then. I emailed them on April 9, and they responded on April 11 stating, and I quote, “Hi, as your order has taken 14 days which is usually the most an order will take if there are delays . It might be coming back to us for an unknown reason as of yet. Once we receive it we will contact you and we can reship it for you with tracking this time so you are able to locate it ♥️

On April 22, I emailed them asking if I could have a refund instead of them resending it. No response. I emailed them again today after seeing them post on Instagram. I decided to look them up on here and saw the negative reviews, so I just filed a dispute with my bank. I don’t have time for this nonsense. All over eyeshadow pigment.

Ordered in December of 2022 and never received my products. For months at a time they kept stringing everyone along, finally after two years the girl got frustrated and started laughing and openly admitted she scammed me, I told her to be careful cause she can get sued by everyone with a class action lawsuit and after that they claimed they were shutting down but I just see it as another scam to get people to buy more before it’s all sold out. I was scammed out of over 100 dollars which is extremely frustrating. But I’m just imagining how many people they’ve done this too

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I placed an order in 2024, and to this day, I have not received the products I paid for, nor have I received a refund. I contacted their customer service multiple times, and although they responded a few times claiming the refund was processed, no money has been returned to my account.

This level of service is unacceptable. I trusted this company to either deliver my order or refund my money, but neither has happened. I feel scammed and would not recommend this store to anyone. Be cautious if you are considering making a purchase from them.

If I could give then zero stars i would. I placed an order on July 9, 2024, it is now January 22, 2025 and I have only received one response to any emails sent asking if my problem was resolved, I have since emailed numerous times with zero response. I now see they posted they're actually closing their doors as soon as all their stock is gone. I'm of the opinion that they never had any stock to begin with and just took people's money continuously to scam them. Hey, I guess it's better than claiming to be a Nigerian prince right?

This is an absolute scam! Avoid them at all costs! They took my money on 3rd January, and I’m still waiting for an order that will likely never arrive. Despite contacting them multiple times, I’ve received no response. I’m now filing a dispute with my bank. I hope you will get what you deserve after scamming so many people!

I made an order in November 2022. I emailed and contacted via social media about not receiving my order over the last few years. From the outset I was given the royal mail excuse which is what hidden cosmetics still seems to relying on in combination with customs etc. I don't understand why none of my other UK orders from other companies experienced the same problem. I was initially given holding emails but I realize that was so I would not report the transaction to my bank. Over the last year my emails have been ignored so finally accepted that this is a scam and reported it to my bank. Unfortunately i was out of time to report it - which is why I expect hidden cosmetics occasionally replied to me with excuses, until they didn't reply when they knew the bank could no longer reverse the transaction.

Avoid at all costs. If you have placed an order and can’t get a hold of them, file a dispute the charge with your financial institution. When they reach out to you saying they are just so busy and will send the order after you remove the dispute, DON’T. Because they aren’t going to. This company is a scam. Their followers are fake. Visit reddit for more stories from other victims.

I ordered from them $200 worth of makeup Dec 2022. It is Dec 2024 and I have received nothing. I have messaged 10 times and emailed 8 now. They are a scam company and it seems they’re still doing it to this day.

Avoid this company, you won’t receive your order and the customer service is terrible, they do not reply to emails, instagram or TikTok. Will be raising a dispute with my bank for a full refund.

Terrible company and customer service. I've given them the benefit of the doubt given they are a small business and my first email was responded to promptly. Since then I've sent multiple messages asking for my order from 5th November. They claimed they were sending 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting and being ignored.
It's not how a business should be run regardless of how short staffed you are, keep your customers informed!
I have now opened a dispute with my bank so I can get my money back as it's just ridiculous.
I dont recommend this company sadly.. even though the items are stunning if they can't respect their customers it's a no from me!

Ordered back in Jan 2022 - it’s now Dec 2024 and still no items. I have emailed multiple times and sent messages on Insta and they don’t respond to any of them. Comments are getting deleted when I ask for an update.

Looking back I would have opened a dispute with the bank for a refund but it was too late by the time I realised back then.

Got my refund - then she sends my lipglosses out and messages me telling me she sent me a free gift also ( she didn’t send a free gift ) now I have the woman messaging me - telling me she’s going to be taking matters public because I had not messaged her back asap! Telling me I’m steeling from her becoz I had a refund and lipglosses.

I only had the lipglosses sent a few days ago which were in small bottles because I opened up a dispute . Now she’s trying to say I’m stealing from her 🥶🤣

Baring in mind she ignored every single message of mine for weeks . And would hide my comments on her post!

Shame on her!!!

I ordered back in October. Never recieved any order confirmation, she took my money. After reading a few more complaints on Facebook, it seemed like I wasn't going to get my order, so I raised a dispute through the bank to get my money back.
She finally emailed me to say she was posting my items a month after I ordered them.

She's now threatening me because of the dispute I raised, even though it was only a temporary refund while they investigated. Terrible customer service!
Obviously won't be buying from again! I'm sure she'll soon go under due to the amount of complaints & terrible service.
Also false advertising, she advertised on her Facebook that October orders will recieve a free holographic lipgloss (the main reason I ordered) which I never received & she's refusing to send one out to me!

Not even worthy of a 1 ⭐, taken my orders and money and no order received. I have attempted to contact on Instagram but they don't accept messages, posted comments again no response. It's a SCAM, stay away! I will follow up with my bank and reporting them it's terrible how they take peoples money and run!

I got my order to Sweden after around 4 weeks. The glitter pigment is absolutely STUNNING. And the mixing drops works good together with it. I would like to buy more since I'm so happy with this first order but I am afraid I might not get the second order after reading here. I don't think it's a scam, but I think it's like one person trying to fill the shoes of an industry.... (?)
