After sales support is awful
After sales support is awful ! I bought an AP80 PRO MAX, which is supposed to support 2To SD-cards ; when I tried with a 1To card, the product was not able to build the songs library and repeatedly crashed ; I tried to contact the support, but they don't seem to feel concerned, no solution nor even an attempt to fix the bug ! In the end, I am able to use the product with smaller cards and less songs, which means that I cannot load all my songs, very disappointing !

Excellent staff
Let's start with the fact that the staff is attentive and very nice. The delivery experience was not easy. The player itself [Pro X 80] is excellent in terms of sound, and the touch screen is excellent. There is a problem that transferring a song takes a while until it starts and a little bit from the beginning of the song is not heard. I am in conversation with the staff about this.

Love 'em! With a very small caveat
I love the look, the sound and the price I got my in the ear headphones for.
The XO that they came with(it was a bundle) will sometimes lose connection to one of the ear pieces and I just have to move it a bit.

Premium sets in a no brainer price range
Starting off knowing it was a highly customisable iem sets, I took my time trying bright nozzle to warm ones and different tips and sources until I found the one setup which I fell for. Premium sound on budget? Hidizs truly did it. Even the peq's works so well although I don't use it (shout out to Ducbloke, he is been hyping this set as it deserves it).
• King of natural timbre for sure.
• Eartips included in the package are one of best.
• Wide range of customisations for everyone to find what they like.
Highly recommended set, one won't regret regardless of the edition they buy. All are excellent.
