Phone , chat , email all don't work for Irish site, most likely on purpose. special returns form did at first recognise order and postcode but no follow up on return of item that arrived smashed to bits.. Next steps to try German number Quatsch!

The brush of the vacuum cleaner I received was broken. I sent an email to customer support on the same day asking for a replacement or a return and refund, but no one replied. I contacted them again after a week, and again, no replies received.

I ordered a set of weights a few days ago. Was a little worried by the reviews on here, but also noticed they had an eBay account, where they had 98% positive reviews, so thought I'd give them a go. Everything arrived today via DPD, all in good order. Pretty smooth process, would use again.

I’ve brought an Amplifier which arrived on time. I’m trying to return this but the Invoice number I’ve got is incorrect so I can’t fill the online form. Rang customer service who gave me a Invoice number I tried it & still not correct number. Rang again & was told I’d get a return label within 48 hrs, still waiting.

Bought an Auna V20 compact vertical hifi and it has good sound, tone adjustments and value for money.

Bought a treadmill, delivery time was spot on, always updates. Treadmill works perfect, got what I paid for. Would definitely order again.

Very disappointed..got broken food processor and took forever to get the refund.

I was nervous about ordering from the reviews however I was very happy with updates and deliver times and the product and price of my item. It was double secure in 2 boxes and I love it.

Places order on the 4th March. Items weren't dispatched until the 14th even though they are in stock. Items shipped from Germany.Still haven't received item, now 3 weeks later. Tracking just says in transit without any updates. Customer service refuses to issue a refund and acknowledge that parcel is lost.
Avoid as you won't receive your item and won't get your money back either!

I bought Reference 801 Tower Speaker, the consignment arrived times, everything was packed safely, neatly. After looking at the speakers, I was disappointed with their quality. Where the inscription Numan is affixed, the damaged finish is drawn. Glue is visible on the speakers. Can see the line drawn on the same speakers, stains.
I wrote an email to hifi.tower, six days ago I didn't get any response. Disallows adding photos

I bought a treadmill. It came on time. Customer service was excellent when I called just to check a few things after reading bad reviews here.
The machine is working great as expected. It was well packed, secured.

Absolutely disgusted with the way I've been treated by this company. I bought an exercise bike for my parents for Christmas and when it arrived it was defective. Arranged for them to collect it and was told I'd get a replacement, they have answered none of my calls or emails. I opened a case against them through PayPal and they asked me to close it so they could ship the replacement bike. Stupidly I did and now I've no bike and down €330. PayPal can do no more for me as I closed the case so now I'm trying to get my credit card company to help. Never will I ever use this company again and I'm telling everyone I know about the awful experience

Absolute scammers. Bought a bike for my parents at Christmas. I’d arrived broken. They arranged a courier to collect it promising a replacement…….that was December it’s now March and no replacement or refund. Won’t answer emails. Had a PayPal dispute open. They advised the dispute needed to be closed before replacement can be issued. Once dispute was closed they stopped replying to emails. SCAMMERS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Avoid at all costs!!!! I ordered a trampoline for my daughters birthday which is on the 25th Feb. Placed the order on the 31st Jan, there website states 7-10 working days delivery. I am still waiting. My daughters birthday has passed. The communication is absolutely appalling. They have copy and pasted an email to me twice now, so aren’t even taking the time to write to me and explain where my order is! Resulted in me having to open a dispute with my bank and get my money back.

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this company. Because of an error on their part they sent me out two of the same item. They charged me twice.
I want to return one and get a refund but trying to get a returns label from them is impossible as is getting a refund. I have phoned six times and each time I am told a label will be sent but never is. As for refund obviously they will not give me one until the item is returned although reading your reviews it seems they will try and say they never got it. I am not as bad off as other reviewers who never got anything but nevertheless this company is a shambles. Avoid!

Very poor experience with this company. The product was delivered with pieces missing. After lots of back and forth it turned out they did not have spares so I had to find the parts myself. A very low partial refund offered.

The item did not turn up. Over a month of waiting with no correspondence from company. Requested a refund which was promised but that too has not shown up ! Would NOT recommend this company.

Delivered on time without any problems, the record player itself works brilliant, the sound is very good for a living room and you do not need extra speakers, for the price you cannot get better! Despite the negative reviews I personally cannot fault hifi tower, buy it at this fantastic price, looks and plays fantastic!

From placing an order to receiving absolute bargain hifi tower. Send by DPD from Germany no issues with customs or anything and item as brand new. Can't complain smooth and painless transaction

On January 2, 2022 I bought a CS Sport pull up bar as my friend’s housewarming present, delivery address to Hong Kong. It was said on the website that delivery time would be 20-24 working days. On the same date, I received 2 SMS messages from my credit card banker HSBC that the fund has been debited by Chal-Tec GmbH and PayPal Chal Tec. In early February there was no delivery, I wrote to Hifi-tower via their website enquiry and on February 8th I wrote another email to Hifi-tower asking for delivery status, there was no reply.

I then talked to HSBC and was advised that the transaction was cancelled by the merchant.

I lost time to deliver the housewarming present to my friend.

If Hifi-tower/Chal-Tec GmbH, for whatever reason to have cancelled my order, they should have informed me as soon as the transaction was cancelled, then I could have planned for something else in time.
