Really disappointed

Really disappointed!
I ordered a new macbook air in the sales a week ago (on Wednesday) to collect it 24h later in Kirchberg, Auchan. However, nobody seems to know where it is and why it STILL hasn’t been delivered to the Hifi international in Auchan. I tried contacting them - nobody answers. Their customer service desk in Auchan is ridiculous and rude when spoken to. No solution can be found other than cancel the order (and potentially order again with the same issue possibly arising) or waiting for my macbook without knowing the arrival date. No replacement computer can be lent to me in the meantime - extremely frustrating!

Update: still no reply, no email, no change of status of my order. What the hell is Hifi doing? Everything BUT their job.

Update 2: I finally received an email saying that my order will be sent within the next 24h and delivered to the shop. With this, I will apparently receive a 10% of the price of my laptop gift voucher as an apology.

This situation is related to a recent change in our IT system, which unfortunately caused logistical disruptions and delays in the processing of some orders. Our teams are working hard to resolve each case individually, but this has also led to a significant overload of our customer service.

Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience – avoid Hifi International

We ordered a washing machine from Hifi International that was supposed to be delivered on Thursday, 16 October. Nothing arrived. No call, no email, no update — absolutely nothing. I even had to take the afternoon off work to wait at home, which is a serious inconvenience as I cannot work remotely due to handling sensitive client data.

After contacting customer service, they rescheduled the delivery for Saturday, 25 October. This time the delivery team did show up — but the washing machine (although the correct brand) was badly dented on the door and side. Completely unacceptable for a new appliance.

The delivery crew themselves advised me to call customer service to request a replacement, which I did immediately. But guess what? Customer service was unavailable again.

It’s now been over a month without a washing machine, and we’re still stuck in this situation. The lack of communication, accountability, and quality control is astounding.

Hifi International, please do better.
This experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional — I will definitely think twice before purchasing anything from you again.

Ordered a Freezer during black friday…

Ordered a Freezer during black friday deals. Was a good deal, delivery was fast. Only, packing material of freezer was not recovered during delivery. A nice to have, still 5 stars. Would order again

Satified overall

I've purchased different things either in the shop in Cloche d'Or either online. They deliver with DPD which is not the top (once the driver could not find my address). But you can opt for pick-up point. Overall satisfied.

I bought a dishwasher from Hifi Int

I bought a dishwasher from Hifi Int. Cloche d'Or. I showed the model of my existing dishwasher as well as the pictures. Also showed them the sizes I measured as I could not find the size of the device (it is old one). I specifically asked if the size is OKAY. They confirmed that it is REGULAR size. The dishwasher delivered, but apparently they sold me WRONG SIZE. They did it very confidently though. I went to shop back. Apparently they have very limited alternatives that would with with the size i need. I start over the process to pick the device among the alternatives that does not match what I bought. Haven't decided if I change the model/brand or get refund yet but no discounts offered, nothing to compensate what i needed to handle because of them. I would NEVER recommenced here to anyone but i think they enjoy to have not much competitors and alternatives in Luxembourg.

Edit: They offered me discount to get at least an equivalent machine that i bought before. The staff was really helpful in this process.

I bought a MacBook Air online

I bought a MacBook Air computer online on Wednesday, 31.01.2024, to be delivered to Hifi store at Route d'Arlon in Strassen. It was Friday already, not a single message about the delivery. I started to call myself and found out that the computer is in the store. Went and picked it up at 14. The next morning, Saturday, 3.2., at 7.06 an email arrived saying that the computer has been delivered and I can pick it up from the store. Very funny, thank you.
The story goes on. Some days later I received the Hifi evaluation form. I put two stars, after that the system was blocked saying, sorry, there is a technical issue and you cannot vote. A new joke (what if I had put 5 stars?).

Everything went smoothly. I ordered philips lumea. The price was very good, the lowest on the market. It arrived 2 days late but the costumer service was very helpful.

AVM Fritz!Repeater 1200 ax

Ich habe zu Black Friday einen Repeater (ist Internationale Version aber das ist kein Problem) bestellt und ihn schnell geliefert bekommen. Auch der Email Kontakt war sehr Nett und schnell. Ich kann diesen Händler nur weiterempfehlen. Immer wieder gerne.

Take your money, but don't deliver

Ordered a washing machine weeks ago for delivery on 4 July in the morning.

it's now 5pm on 4 July and I have no washing machine.

I logged into my HiFi account and the order says 'No order status found'. So, I guess no one bothered to even look at the order, let alone deliver it.
