I ordered a cable which was not in stock at that moment. Received an e-mail very soon with the reason of delay. I was suprised to receive my cable within the the time specified. Super. I will order again !

Tired of my daughters unplugging my HDMI cables to use in other rooms I bought two top rated audio quest pearl cables. Couldn't find them cheaper anywhere plus they were delivered faster than promised.

I was ordering speaker cables for a new AV amp and speakers. HiFiCables had a great range including all my main contenders, and were competitively priced. I called for advice on finalising my choice, and got very balanced, personalized and helpful input as well as some recommendations for future expansion. I placed an order soon after, and the cables arrived the next day. Overall an excellent service and I would highly recommend them.

I ordered 7 items, I was quickly told they would have to obtain from suppliers, and they would dispatch promptly on receipt. Within 2 days I had the goods as required. So excellent communication, and very prompt delivery (even thought they thought this was including a slight delay - not that I'd have noticed). Excellent

Very good service with my first purchase, offered very quick and reasonable priced delivery charges. Difficulty making additional purchases as the system did not remember my details and they send me a password that did not work. I had to re-enter my details and phone their sales team.
However overall very good service, I will defiantly use their services again.

I bought a special order 1.5m pair of Chord interconnects which weren't a great match for my system and despite being just outside the 60 day no quibble return period, Steve Reynolds kindly agreed to an exchange. He was a pleasure to deal with and made the whole experience exceptional.

On each order the communications were first class and the turn around time exceeded my expectations.

Bought here because they were the best price on the web for what I needed. I knew they were using 2nd class post but didn't want to pay extra as my needs weren't that urgent, Poor old Royal mail dragged their heels and took well over the average to deliver; unfortunately there is no alternative at the moment.
Would use again if prices were keenest for what I want; again, unfortunately that's the way we all shop now ;-)

I ordered some Supra power cable from Hificables over the internet and was emailed to say that there would be a 2 day delay as they were waiting for delivery.That was fine as there was no real rush.I did receive the cable from Steve after 2 days.Very pleased.Thanks Steve.Regards Paul.
