Very bad service!! After 4,5 years my Marantz receiver failed. But Hificorner.nl does nothing. Its my problem!! So don't expect any service from these guys.

Ordered a Rega Planar 3 at 17.00 on Thursday and it was in my hands at 13.00 the following day. I'm planning an upgrade or 2 in the coming months - will definitely use HiFiCorner for these.

Very bad service!

Very bad service!!
After 4,5 years my Marantz receiver failed.
But Hificorner.nl does nothing. Its my problem!!
So don't expect any service from these guys.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience with hificorner.

Does not follow the stated delivery times on the website. You will not be informed about this either.

When returning products within 14 days, the question is whether you get your money back. I've been waiting for a refund for four weeks now.

Respond very badly and often not to e-mail and chat sessions. They promise all sorts of things by phone, but none of them come true.

How could they do better?

Not even 48h between my order and the product received.
I also had a pleasant call from HifiCorner, as they wanted to be sure that I had all necessary cables.
It's best possible service.

Excellent Service

Retour procedure as it should

First I obtained a DENON RCD-41DAB receiver, completely not working. After retour of the defect receiver I obtained a new one , which worked perfectly. This smooth procedure is possible by a good working consumer service of Hificorner (email). In my retour case especially Raymond was a reliable contact person. Thanks !!
