Ordered two different products at the same time, my first orders - one order arrived, the other did not. The product itself was not what I expected, tastes nothing like cannabis terpenes. More like lavender. So after trying for a long time to contact customer service about the order that did not arrive I was told it was being reshipped. Nothing has ever arrived, basically this company is a scam avoid at all costs, Scammer will take your money and not send you your product. Awful product as well. Just do not waste your money and avoid at all costs. Once they have your money, you have lost.

Quality products at a resonable price with a wide variety to choose from.

I ordered the Purple Punch 510 cartridge and it's a great product with nice flavours and good effect. Unfortunately there was an issue with the delivery and the guaranteed next day delivery didn't happen which was the fault of Royal Mail. I called the company and sent a few emails to request the postage costs back but was simply ignored.

Based on that experience I won't be back.

My favourite place for cbd concentrates and distillate carts. Really high quality extracts. I’ve been using them for years, only once had an issue with the wrong product being sent, Email communication was a little slow but they did send out the correct product eventually. Overall very happy with the products and service.

Been using a few of highkinds extracts an vape pen kits, I must say I’m very happy with the customer service and the quality of the products witch I have reviewed. Some tasty extracts an the pen kits are top notch quality

Ordered a lot from this company when they were called synergy extracts, product was great back then. I find it to be extremely poor quality now, the last product I got was mixed with MCT oil. Got an oral CBD that smelt like soap, and my complaints fell on deaf ears. Once you order and they have your money, your on your own then.

I've been transitioning into CBD products for about a year and being fairly sure I've gotten baked on everything worth trying in the UK - this brand is the best.

The process they use (CO2 extraction), the flavours they produce and the shipping. It all stinks of them caring about their craft.

I started using the ready made cartridges (510s) and I've moved into using the syringe into a KandyPen with cartridges I order myself, and I've used the crumbles in a PuffCo. It's all good. I prefer the KandyPen option for big ol' clouds, but the crumble has serious flavours. I think it's subjective; explore and experiment.

You can really tell the difference when handling their product vs other extracts, it's the cleanest stuff I've seen outside of Californian Exotic Carts...and, the buzz ain't a million miles off when you are having a beer outside in the sun.

I'd love to see what these people could do with THC.

Highkind is a company here in the UK that will offer the best cbd experience in my opinion. All of their products are made with the upmost care, the packaging is on point and the actual product is amazing. Honestly I can't say enough good things about this company. The customer care is also spot on. I would recommend to everyone and anyone who wants to try out cbd extracts/cartridges etc. This sure helps me relax and helps with my anxiety.
