Superb service

Had a problem with a jacket and was sorted quickly with a replacement, but carrier sent me the wrong package and lost mine. Company sourced a replacement and got it to me. Great staff going above and beyond and finally a great product Ridgeline Torrent jacket. Thank you all.

Terrible after-sales support – ignored multiple emails

I purchased a Buffalo River safe from Highland Outdoors, and when it developed a fault, I reached out for help. I know exactly which part I need to fix the issue and made it clear I was happy to pay for the replacement part and shipping.

Despite sending multiple emails, I have been completely ignored. No response, no acknowledgment, nothing.

Given that Highland Outdoors is the authorised Buffalo River distributor for the UK, I expected at least a basic level of customer service and access to spare parts. Instead, they were quick to take my money but have zero interest in helping now that there's a problem.

Very disappointed. I would not recommend buying from them if you think you might ever need support.

Complete nightmare

I purchased a rifle back in the end of June start of July 2021 I had this for about 5 weeks when it all of a sudden stopped working . I tried to take it back to be fed nothing but lies and hostility by the owner . When I found out the truth I went back to get . I took it to another proper gun shop and they sent it back to the supplier under warranty . To the findings it needed a new trigger and bolt to my sig sauer mcx.
Funny that sig sauer do not send spare parts for the sig rifles .
When I received my rifle back it said it had been tried and tested how can this of been the case a When I got this back all looked ok at first so I put it away .
Two or so weeks went by so I thought I would get the rifle out when I put in the new gas the co2 sprayed all in my face . So if tried and tested how Comes the gas leaked all over my face I could of been killed.
Now again it went back to the gun shop a proper one and they called me and they said it be back in a week now again I'm chasing and still not getting anywhere with Highland outdoors not getting a straight awenser . So now been speaking to trading standards . I've been let down so much from day 1.

Liars

Liars.
My RFD ordered a Lithgow LA101 17HMR a year ago. He has chased them up multiple times and been lied to every time. Lies from being at the Proof House to it's been lost in transit and we are sending you another one. Don't trust a word that comes out of their c**t mouths...

Lazy from the start.

I emailed highland outdoors this morning 11/03/19 asking for a list of agents I could contact about a potential £900 spend on a new ATN product for myself.
No reply today, must be too busy to attend to such trivial matters as potential new business, maybe I will have better luck tomorrow before I get back to ATN and ask them to intervene.

The previous employee review makes for interesting reading, pity you didn’t include there exact address and a number of direct to various office phone numbers.

I worked at this company for 18 months…

I worked at this company for 18 months and had constant bullying from employees.
I got critizied for everything i did then constant ranting and shouting at me by a employee he would use intimidating behaviour shouting in an aggressive manner he would come into work in a mood just looking to have an argument with someone.
No support by management.
This needs to be looked into by the director of the company.
