New Customers Not Welcome. I recently sent them an email to enquire about an issue I was having and was looking at getting them to have a look to diagnose and fix. They are so successful and busy that they couldn’t be bothered to even reply to the email. Obviously they are not interested in any new business and customer service is non existent.
