Terrible customer service, sent wrong item 2 times and won't reply when refund requested

Terrible customer service. Ordered a couple of items from them, paid postage but only received one of the items. Emailed questioning this and was told the missing item would be sent out immediately. Received package a few days later and for some reason it was an item that I would never purchase that I couldn't even find on their site. Emailed again complaining and heard nothing back until a few days later when a pre-paid package dropped through my letter box. This was almost a month ago and I am yet to be refunded and yet to receive a reply. I recommend staying well away from this one.
