Ive been going to Highways for 26 years now. I purchased my 2nd bike from them and have had a few bikes from them over the years and have sold bikes back to them also. Over the past 10 years or so, I've sent a lot of bikes to Adam and the guys and i can honestly say I've never had any issues at all. The work they do is spot on, Adam will always be honest and straight with you, some people dont like that, but I'm a massive fan of being straight and honest with people and as a result they maintain all 5 of my bikes and i never have to worry, as i knew they will be maintained to a very high standard at very reasonable prices. You need to support these independent companies, i know that larger dealers charge a fortune to customers and bring their bikes here to Highways, that says something that big named dealers will use them over their own mechanics. Save money and time by cutting out the middle man and just use Highways.

Excellent customer service Adam and the team did a fantastic job and helped all the way through the purchase procedure actually put the customer first to resolve any small issues which is few and far between nowadays great job guys highly recommend you use these guys

Booked in my bike for service/repair and MOT, obviously to get the necessary work done to pass the MOT. The bike failed the MOT and they refused to repair or service it - didn't have the time, apparerntly. They then blamed the age of the bike, as if they couldn't tell the age from the VRM when it was booked in. No phone call when MOT was done, and no apology for anything. Caused me a huge amount of extra effort. Very unprofessional. Avoid!

Extortionately expensive and don't include VAT in their quotes. You're a fool if you use them.
