Potential Scam Operation - They refuse to communicate

I ordered an item to the value of circa 56 euro from Hikenture. Payment was made and email confirmation received. On checking my bank statement later I saw no payment to this company, but rather a payment to Drive Green Academy, Tower hamlets in the UK.
After checking back with the Hikenture website, I saw they recognised my login, but had no details of the order. I sent them several emails, but they did not respond to any of them.
Meanwhile, per email, I received a tracking number for the item. After weeks of prevarication and fake delivery attempts (I am retired, and there is always someone home) it is now clear the entire deal was a scam. I am now in the process of recovering the funds.
So, be warned. My recommendation..... AVOID!!!!
