DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS, absolute dishonourable rip-off merchants with not one drip of integrity.
I needed a jet blast with CCTV done, Hillier Plumbing Brookvale were twice as much as the previous company used for the same thing.
When I asked to speak to a manager or Luke, the owner, I was told someone would call me back to discuss. Nothing happened despite repeated requests to discuss so I could pay the invoice, instead I got lumped with a late fee, which I paid along with the invoice, only to be told they had passed the invoice onto a debt collection agency and hung up on me. I never received the invoice from the debt collection agency and no-one in the office would take my call to try and rectify.
Do not trust them, they are far too expensive, provide no service and rip you off. I have never had experience when trying to pay a bill that you get a late fee and then, without any communication, get referred to a debt collection agency.
