Seated promptly, then had to wait over half an hour to be served, I had to go to the bar to ask if someone could serve us. There was 4 people stood doing nothing at that point.
Food was then extremely poor, when it finally arrived and not together, all came individually. Waitress came and asked if everything was ok, by which time I had finished. Also, looked at me like I had spat on her when I asked if she could remove the dirty glass "vase" full of water and spare glasses. Tasted just like McDonald's, nothing special at all. The 'crunchie' brownie I had didn't taste fresh either.
Then paying way over the top for food and a pathetic service.

Absolute cowboys!!!

Ordered the cookbook from their website in December and paid for priority delivery. Got an order confirmation but they never dispatched the product. Contacted them in January via email which they ignored so contacted them again in February.

This time they said they'd dispatch the product immediately and issue a full refund with no explanation whatsoever.

Now (another week on) no refund, no product, still no explanation.

Avoid these con artists!!

Food was good. Portions were poor and value was poor.

However customer service was awful. Served us 2 portions of wings (we only ordered one) we raised this straight away thinking it may be 1 portion split onto 2 plates. Then they took one plate off the table after we had started eating (as we hadnt had clarification that is was 2 portions, we had to ask on 2 separate occasions!) and the man who had serious attitude threw it away! One rule of a restaurant is never to take food off a table. Iv never seen anything like it. We travelled almost 2hrs to get to you frome west wales for my husbands birthday so I really wanted to LOVE it. But sadly we won't be back.
