I would like to know more about the ingredients. The black shade in the Cenote palate I received from boxycharm smells like motor oil. Just because the products are vegan and don't test on animals does not mean they are good for us or "clean". What does "clean" even refer to as a cosmetic product that is manufactured in China? I am frankly nervous to use it without more transparency from Hipdot. I am tempted to have this palate sent to a lab for testing.

I just received my MCR eyeliner and Sandy Cheeks palette. I must say, I am pleasantly surprised! I thought these might be lower quality and more for the novelty packaging, but the colors in the palette are gorgeous and the eyeliner is PERFECT. It is super dark and doesn't budge even if you try to wet it and rub it off. I had some doubts, but they were amazing and CS was soooo sweet/accommodating. I will definitely be back.

I recently ordered some products haven't received them tried to track the order and there is no way to track shipping!!!!!!!!!

I got a palette by HipDot in Boxycharm.
The colours are super pretty and I was happy. Then I read the packaging and it is made in China. I smelled the palette and there is an overwhelming chemical, metallic smell to it. I do not feel safe using it.

I ordered the spongbob pallete, they were having this great deal for $55 which includes eyeshadow pallete, bronzer and blusher, highlighter and three lipglosses. I love love their product. It’s so pigmented but easy to blend! Would definitely be buying again. Oh and before I forget! The shipping was really fast!

I am so happy with my sponge bob make up collection. I definetly, will buy more stuff from hipdot really good quality make up and fast shipment. I hope they make available more sponge bob face masks since I did love them so much. thank you Hip Dot for all your good quality PRODUCTS.

I made an order with HipDot for the first time and was very pleased with what I got. I received the Spongebob full make up set, not too long after ordering. And it came packaged very nicely with no damages to the make up ! I will definitely be ordering from here again!

I just received my sponge bob complete collection its absolutely a dream come true i cant believe i waited so long to get it the quality and the packaging is so worth every penny specially since its on sale such great offer ...also custumer service took care of my every need super professional. So excited about this company and these products. I had an issue with my order, and customer service (Ashley) was fast and professional in helping me resolve the issue. Not only did this ship fast. Ordered on March 10th and arrived on March 12th. But I was not prepared for how pretty this collection is. I had only ordered from this company once and I only discovered it because my niece loves Spongebob and makeup and the palette seemed like a perfect fit. I put on the Keisha Rose eyeshadow to test it with no primer and it has lasted all night. This is such a great product. Wow. Thank you.

First time purchaser. I bought the SpongeBob SquarePants palette eyeshadow and lipgloss for 66+ dollars and the next day I received a coupon to get the eyeshadow palette, lipgloss, and contour/blush for a 55+ dollars. I contacted hipdot and their customer service was great shipping me out a free contour/blush for free and sending me tracking information the same day. Made a great first impression for a first time customer

Worse customer service . The only way you can contact them is by email but they never answer it . Very disappointed..

I order about 1 week ago my tracking tells me that my order was suppose to be delivered on the 19 of January her it is the 22 and I still have not got my order yet I sent numerous email and they have yet to reply to one. I am not a happy camper and the funds have already been taken out of my account.

The pallets were.amazing pigmented and so easy to work with loved the impress you pallet and the glitters!

I was very pleased with how fast my order was shipped.. got it in 2days!! Also the eyeshadow pigment is awesome!!! I love that I'm able to purchase a reasonable priced pallet that is not only cheaper, but the product is great.. can't beat that✨
