Good Quality

Baby Milk Formula (1) Tin less than the full amount 3/4 full
I would add a photo if there was an option but there isn’t. Also, this is not a one off or a specific batch.
I have used Hipp Organic formula milk for two of my children and rated it is the best formula going however, over the past year the quantity is less and less - though the packaging and price does not follow suit in reduction. I am so disappointed with a Hipp Organic a company that promotes itself as having been “caring for babies for over 125 years” when in reality they are happy to take food out of babies mouths at a time where the cost of living causes some families with babies to choose between heating their homes and feeding their children. This is not caring at all.
If Hipp Organic can so blatantly reduce baby milk formula before our eyes, it brings into question what else they are willing to compromise. So disappointed.

Please be assured that we have not reduced the quantities of any of our formula milk tins and so we would very much like to investigate this further to ascertain whether there were any breakdowns during the production of the tins in question that would have caused this problem.

Head to Toe
This is the only product I can use for my ultra sensitive skin and scalp. It is very gentle. I have been using it for several years. At 70+ I am probably HIPPs oldest 'baby'.

Don’t expect quick delivery
Ordered anti reflux on Friday as we were low on current tub, paid for express delivery (next day) as it was urgently required. Failed to arrive until Tuesday. Complained and despite the price of the tub being £15 and other items purchased taking the overall order to approx £54, was refunded £3!!

We are sorry to learn of your experiences with the delay in the delivery of your order.
As we do not offer weekend deliveries and your order was placed on Friday, then delivery by the courier should have been made on Monday, however there was a delay with the courier delivering this and it wasn't delivered until the following day (Tuesday) and a refund was issued for the difference between an Express delivery you had paid for and an Economy delivery.

Overall good experience
I bought the ready made 1 bottles. I feed these to my baby and not the formula powder. It would be brilliant if these were on subscription as the formula is.
I was a bit disappointed that when the milk arrived that the packaging had been damaged.
Apart from that, I received the milk quickly and it had a good use by date on them.

Not great customer service
Great products but not so much the customer service. 1 parcel was stolen because was left at the front door. They did replace that and sent new order. Leaving a parcel of milk for a baby in the front door where multiple people walk pass is somehow ok for them the way they were replying. Plus, I was home the courier couldn’t be bothered to ring the bell. However, the same courier delivered another order I made and this time it arrived however the box was badly damaged, wet and opened. When I contacted hipp organic i was told that the driver doesn’t know it is milk and somehow it seems ok that something so important is delivered on the state. The box is clearly labelled as hipp and they know exactly where it is from looking at the label. I sent evidence of how it arrived and never got a sorry about it. Like i said great products, my baby drinks their formula but their customer service isn’t the best. Very low standards about how items are delivered and excuses instead of acting on it. You pay for the delivery charges they are not free! Quite disappointing about the way they handle things and hence why the negative feedback.
