Bought a car just over 3 months ago & it’s broke down . They won’t help me . Car isn’t driving & needs recovered . Going days with ringing them car is stranded they sold me warranty with A1 that’s not fit for purpose as no one will fix the issue only Land Rover & they won’t pay out for this . I’m in Northern Ireland & don’t know what to do . So distressed.

Customer service was very poor
Customer service was very poor, waited over 3 hours for my car. Came on a 2 hour train journey never again just wanted my car was on the verge of collapsing Rehan, was helping me through out the whole process & reassured me that this will get sorted & also offered to order me food after getting emotional.

I have had a very good experience of buying a car through Hippo. From the enquiry through to reaching Matthew Knowles on the process in sales on purchasing and then receiving the car this morning from Nick.
