I couldn't be more thankful! Came-in for an MOT, and was greeted by Dom & Gabriel in Reception. After my BMW failed its MOT, I received a phone call from Dom with a quote for the repairs needed to pass. The quote from HiQ was the best one out of all I received. When I phoned them back, they promised that the car will be ready in a couple of hours (which surprised me, as other garages needed me to leave it with them for a day or 2!!!). I was let known that my car is ready and has passed its MOT the same day ! These guys know what they're doing, will be coming back with all of our family's cars. Thank you Dom, Gabriel & the Team!

Really bad service at HiQ Banbury. They failed to complete the booked work, staff at the garage lost my locking wheel but claimed they “couldn’t find” my locking wheel key — which I had personally checked and placed in the boot before I left home, as a result they left me with the cost and hassle of replacing it.

I raised a formal complaint and was told it would be investigated and someone would contact me. No one ever bothered, after 3 months no update, no apology, no accountability.

Completely unreliable and careless. I do not recommend using HiQ to anyone!

The staff were unfailingly kind, helpful and polite when The AA took my car into their garage. The job of replacing my clutch was carried out efficiently and as swiftly as was possible, keeping me informed at all stages. I can understand why this garage is an AA approved one and would recommend it to my friends. THANK YOU, Dom, and everyone FOR YOUR CARE AND PROFESSIONAL CONCERN!

Just had my car serviced and aircon gas added at HiQ in Banbury and asked them to look at my passenger side sun visor. This took Alex the technician minutes to fix, when I had been struggling for weeks. I suppose that’s why we use experts. All in all a very painless experience with great coffee on offer while you wait. I can highly recommend this team at Banbury.

After breaking down on the road, HiQ took my car in straight away and found my wheel bearing had a bolt missing and two loose, which was previously done at another garage a month ago. They called the previous garage and managed to get the previous garage to rectify and replace all the parts that had been damaged due to poor labour. They got me to come back to check if it was all done properly. Have deffinatly found a garage I will alway use now. Great help from Dom and Ben.

Went to the Banbury branch they fitted me in really quickly, unfortunately some work needed to get through MOT but they worked hard to get parts (not easy) and get the car to me on the promised date all quotes stuck to. Really friendly and helpful staff especially Dom and Ben.

I had my car MOT and major service at HiQ Banbury. The team there were great at communicating what was needed and providing multiple quotes for work that needed doing. Dom was also very personable and friendly when I was dropping off and collecting the car

Been to HIQ to get my air on re gassed and honestly there was not one fault with there service, it started by calling them to arrange a time, they booked me in as soon as I finished work, very friendly on the phone. I got there and as promised my car was in at the time slot confirmed, in the meantime I was greeted by dom and taken to there waiting room with air con to wait while my car was in, he also made me a coffee to wait with, not just any coffee (real coffee). Their price was very reasonable and beat 4 other quotes I got. Very impressed with the overall service and would definitely recommend you to use this garage.

Great service today on re-gassing my air conditioning all done within an hour -brilliant dedication from Dom & staff use this garage for servicing, MOT & tyres would highly recommend them 😀👍

Dom is a very good manager, quick and efficient with my car problems.

It was late in the day, HiQ managed to accommodate my emergency puncture repair.
Helpful, friendly staff.
I was offered tea and could watch whilst they carried out the repair. I will return when I need Tyres or tracking.

Unfortunately told by AA Smart to turn up before 9am when HIQ had me booked in for 3.30. However after this misunderstanding all went to plan. I returned at 3.15 and the service was excellent, most efficient. The car was ready after MoT and full service by 5.30 as promised. Dom, on accepting delivery and talking me through results of MoT and service was most helpful.

Went to hiq in banbury today for new tyres and pre MOT check brilliant service and kept me up to date on all work undertaken very friendly and helpful a big shout out to dom steven and Gabriel very highly recommended 👍 😀 👌 😉 😎 😊 👍

I never leave reviews but I am so impressed with this garage I had to! Car was booked on for full service and MOT. Didn’t have room for MOT on the day of the service so I opted to have that done the following day. Dropped off at 9.30 for service and had a call an hour later to mention a repair was needed, they were able to do this the same day and the price was really reasonable. All fixed, serviced, repaired and MOT’d by 11am on the second day. Really happy with the customer service and communication and impressed with the costs also! Car feels great. Highly recommend

I had a tyre check up and a full vehicle diagnostic done in HiQ Banbury today, the service was outstanding. I was served by Gabriel and Steve and everyone has been extremely helpful and friendly. The work was completed very quickly and they made the whole process simple and stress-free. Highly recommended for their great attitude and efficiency.
