Price competitive and ordering simply to complete. Tyres were delivered quickly and I was promptly notified of their arrival. Friendly staff quickly fitted them earlier than the scheduled appointment.

Quickest tyre change ever!
Having found that HiQ were bay far the cheapest place for my Jaguar fit Pirrelli tyres (by £40 each) 👍, booked into the Barwell branch and just 2 days later the tyres were fitted in under 30 minutes. This was easily the quickest I've had tyres fitted and a very pleasant mechanic that didn't try to sell me any unnecessary extras, phew! Well done HiQ

Excellent from start to finish. Booked on line, quick feedback via email and text. Subsequent phone call and email confirming tyre was on site and ready to be fitted. On the day, in and out in about 10 mins.

Very impressed

HiQ is really good, I ordered the tyres and made an appointment for fitting, turned up and the fitting took about 15 minutes or so to replace 2 rear tyres.
The two staff I saw were polite and friendly making the visit a pleasant experience.
I’d highly recommend HiQ and will revisit next time I need tyres.

Tyres fitted OK but not set At the correct pressures as per the manufacturers specification despite pressures displayed on a sticker inside front offside door.
Waiting area could be a lot cleaner and inviting. Didn't fancy sitting on the chairs provided, they looked very grubby.

Easy to book online, once tyres had arrived I got a confirmation email and also a phone call from the garage... They were very pleasant and polite and explained everything to me. They asked what time roughly I would be there and on the day we're waiting for me, and finished well within the hour to change all 4 tyres. Would definitely recommend!

I ordered my tyres online (after having one flat tyre and a slow puncture on another) and chose my preferred time for fitting. I then Received both a text and email to confirm that my tyres had been ordered and had arrived ready for fitting. When i turned up at the branch in Barwell I couldnt have asked for a more friendly and efficient service! The gentleman that changed my tyres also put my spare tyre securely away in the boot for me (making sure everything was back in its place - as i had just flung the jack in the boot after using it to put the spare on!!) I had never used this company before but thanks to the efficiency and friendly service with a smile, I will definitely be using them again. Highly recommended.
