Booked my daughters car in for 4 new tyres. My daughter said the young lady who fitted her tyres was lovely. She felt comfortable, was made coffee and had a lovely chat with the staff too. You made my daughter feel comfortable and treated her with professional curtousy, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Great welcome at reception. Tyre fitted as per the agreed time. Advice on further work that needed doing. Good document that provided details of the tracking check and adjustments made.

This company is simply fantastic! Superb customer service throughout. Holly could not be more helpful; from booking in, liaising with with her team, reporting back to me and even staying late to wait for me when I was slightly delayed by traffic.
My car had been failed by another company for a faulty headlight leveller, however the team at HiQ fixed the issue and only charged for the MOT -which was itself only £35!
This Company are helpful, honest and reliable and I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I've been going here for a couple of years now and the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. They always try to make sure you're not overpaying for things. So honest and I appreciate that.

They had my camper for nine weeks and done hardly anything on repair they done more damage then repair.also put wrong oil in used the pod for there own purposes what is against the law,ripped one of the seating covers.I would advise not to go to Colchester Hiq

Quick and easy

Holy was really good 👍 kept me informed as they had problems with the van coming out to fit my tyre at home. They had to use another van but still made it out that day. The fitter did a good job to. Very happy would use again. 😊

Only negative, arriving at the time of fitting it took over 45 minutes for 2 tyres to be replaced, they did a good job just took longer than I expected.

The colchester branch are unprofessional and liars! Wad told I'd receive a refund for work I was not happy with! Only to have the legal team contact me saying they didn't say they would refund! My car has had problem after problem after they've touched it and at one point I had no brakes nearly causing a crash!

I had a punctured tyre replaced by Bobby and Ty who gave me clear and honest advice and information which saved me buying a second tyre.
Friendly, honest and efficient service. I would definitely use again and recommend to others.
