Ordered 4 tyres via HIQ online and arrived at the booked time to be greeted by Ciaran. From the initial welcome and throughout the fitting, Ciaran was friendly, courteous and professional. The tyres were fitted and balanced promptly and care had been taken in the process. Thank you Ciaran.

Kyle was really helpful and enthusiastic. I think it was the right price for the job but have no comparison to judge. He was keen to do a deal on tyres when they need changing. Not pushy but to do a deal where we both could win.

Have been using HiQ Gorseinon for a number of years and have been more than happy. If I was a dissatisfied customer, I would go elsewhere for my car maintenance.
Recently had the Car MOTd there, and thankfully it passed.
There was a minor observation eluded to when I collected the car.
I spoke with Kyle, who suggested a solution and invited me to call in at any time to sort.
During my conversation with Kyle it became apparent that he was not just an extremely knowledgeable technician, but also very good at handling customers. A really good ambassador for the company 👏 👌.
Today, I went back to the garage and had the concern rectified by
Kyle, who again, was attentive and extremely thorough. In and out of the garage within 45 minutes.
I have no reservation in recommending HiQ Gorseinon for vehicle maintenance, and thanking Kyle for his brilliant service. Just wish there were more people out there who had his approach to running an organisation.

Due to a mix up the incorrect tyres had been delivered to the centre but Kyle went the extra mile - literally. While I waited he personally went to another location and brought back suitable tyres which I urgently needed. The whole visit, including the fetching of the tyres, only took around 55 minutes which in the circumstances was pretty exceptional.

I needed new tyres for my car and specifically wanted the same make – Goodyear. Ordering online was really straightforward, and the prices were far cheaper than other garages in the area.

It was my first time using the Days HiQ garage in Garngoch, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Kyle provided absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. He contacted me as soon as the tyres arrived in stock and clearly understood how important it was for me to get my car back on the road quickly. He and his team really pulled out all the stops to make that happen.

Booked online in mid morning and they had a space mid afternoon. I arrived was welcomed by the very friendly Kyle who provided a quick, friendly and efficient service. At the end of the tyre change I required he informed me of what had been done and I was mega impressed with the overall ease and efficiency of the service and would definitely recommend to anyone local or surrounding Swansea area. As good a service these days is hard to find. Thanks Kyle for an absolutely great piece of customer service I can ensure I will be back for any further work needed on the car

It's the 3rd time back here. Unfortunately due to the business I'm forced to use these.

BMW recommends 2.4 bar rear 2.2bar front.

Wow.... new tyres and 3.8bar on the rear that's 55psi instead of 24 ha ha. I thought these guys new what they were doing!

Andrew is always really friendly and helpful when I have had tyres done and other jobs. Amazing service and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend them.

When I phoned the Gangoch site for availability I was told by the very rude person on the the other end that my tyre size was very rare? I have a citreon C1 same tyre size as the aygo and the peugeot 107 now these cars are so popular but yet to HiQ tyres extremely rare tyre?? . Take that as you will.....

Had four tyres fitted after ordering from Blackcirles…
THEY TOOK THE CAR INSIDE AND AFTER 5 MIN ONE OF THE STAFF MEMBERS CALLED ME TO TELL ME THAT 3 OF MY ALLOYS HAD SOME MARKS, I SAID YES I KNOW THERE A COUPLE OF OLD SMALL MARKS.
After picking the car up we noticed black gunk and glue on the front passenger side alloy.
Went straight to have it valet, the front passenger side alloy wheels were damaged with large scrapes around the edge.
NEVER AGAIN, THIS WILL COST ME £135 TO REFURB ONE ALLOY. VERY DISAPPOINTED. AVOID THIS GARAGE OR TAKE PHOTOS FRONT OF THEM BEFORE TO TAKE THE CAR INSIDE.

Absolutely fantastic experience with this garage. The work was completed really quickly, at a great price and with wonderful customer service. Will definitely return without hesitation.
