Professional and trustworthy …
Lisa in reception always lovely and professional on the phone and in person
I’d broken down and the AA followed me to here , they said won’t be ready until next week but got me in the same day as they had a cancellation
The mechanic called me with a price , we knew it was the alternator needed replacing , they even tested my existing battery at my request
Excellent standard of work and professional and trustworthy
Will recommend to family and friends and won’t go anywhere else

They are always extremely polite, helpful and explain clearly.
As a female I feel like I am not fobbed off and treated as though I am stupid.

Fitting Seat Belt Buckle
The team at HiQ Havant were extremely welcoming and friendly. I had a new seat belt buckle fitted. I had to order the part myself but they gave me a good price to fit it for me. They completed the job quickly and efficiently and i have no complaints
