I drove in with a super rattly exhaust. They changed the rubbers for me at no charge and told me to keep n eye on a couple of things. They were kind and helpful. Was having a difficult day so it really helped ! Thankyou :)

Been going to my local HiQ centre for years. They’re always really helpful and friendly, they keep me updated though out the time my car is in the garage. Treve is always very friendly and helpful.

Today I was dealt with by Treve and Ant. It felt like I had gone back to a bygone age when good service was the norm and in-depth knowledge of your subject was paramount. At a time when they were busy, I arrived with a tyre that was leaking air at the rate of around five psi a day. They were busy and asked me to return at 3 p.m. I did, and the tyre was fixed in around 10 minutes. I would recommend these people without reservation, first-class in every department.

These guys were fully booked up with work, I turned up with a squealy rear wheel which had been intermittent for quite sometime without booking. They said they'd take a quick look. Definitely had a duff brake calliper. Next thing I know, they'd priced up and sourced a replacement, they car was up on the ramp being worked on. I trotted over to Tesco for a coffee, and they called me within the hour with the work done. Fantastic service, guys, can't recommend HiQ Helston enough!!

Hiq tyres & auto care Helston were highly efficient when my car broke down. They went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed and kept me updated throughout the time they had my vehicle .
Would recommend to family and friends .

Needing to get home to Staffordshire after visiting my elderly parents, and following a terrible experience with Kwik Fit, I desperately needed to get my brakes repaired, I found these guy’s, HiQ, online and gave them a ring in desperation, after no one else was interested in helping me get my car repaired on a busy Friday afternoon.
I received utterly BRILLIANT service, and these guy’s couldn’t have been more helpful and professional in getting my car repaired unbelievably quickly. They were upfront and honest in the assessment of my vehicle repairs, and the cost of parts and labour.
I have no hesitation in recommending the Helston branch to anyone.

Excellent service as always from HIQ, despite them having to with the frustration of a power outage in the middle of it.

This is one of few garages that I 100% trust. I have been here on several occasions and the service/work is always the highest standard. After moving house, I make a 2 hour drive to Helston as I don’t want to take my car anywhere else! 10/10. You cannot go wrong with this garage.

My car was towed into Hi Q Helston branch last evening 3/11/2022 with clutch problems...lovely guy rang early this morning 4/11/2022 with report other problems .we agreed to go ahead and he kept us informed all of the way and had my car back by 2pm today 4/11/2022...absolutely brilliant service...cannot thank the guys enough...they are stars

I can't rate HiQ enough, such clear communication, prompt service, our car was in a dire way but we had it back within a few hours! Just amazing service. Treve the manager is so clear in communicating, makes you feel much less stressed.. Brilliant job HiQ

After my car failed MOT I needed a quick turn around. My car was seen day after phone call with quote and parts ready to go.
Last minute fix was required and I was not given excess fees, very reasonable instead.
I felt comfortable that my car was ready to go after leaving the workshop.

Just left the lizard for home after a holiday in sunny// rainy Cornwall when my TPMS warning light came on , warning me my driver rear tyre was losing Air? This was hampered to by the fact o had a twin axle caravan on the rear , I found they were to closet to my so at 0810 this morning I drove straight there before I became stranded.
Even through I was early I was greeted by 2 staff who were more than helpful , after a thorough check no puncture was found i just needed to pay closer attention to
My tyre pressures, some say I should of known better ! They reset all my pressures and fixed my issue , Luckily I stopped there, in some cases some one may have taken advantage, these lads need a pay rise , good staff are hard to find and these are gems . Thanks again to the team at HIQ Helston

took my car in with an oil leak, knowing very little about cars i was worried it was going to be something major, or even worse, nothing and i was going to get ripped off!

i needn't have worried however as despite being short staffed treve fitted me in on the same day and even managed to get the work sorted so the car was ready the following morning!

sam, the mechanic who dealt with repair took his time, despite being busy, to show me around the engine and explain what was actually happening and what they'd do to sort it out.

all in all excellent service and lovely guys, would easily recommend!

Always very helpful and polite and go the extra mile to assist, my elderly mum uses them all the time as do I when visiting her in Cornwall if I have a problem nothing is too much trouble it is nice to know mum has a garage we can trust when I am not there, a particular mention for Treve and Ant from mum's most recent visit.

Amazing service & assistance from the guys at HiQ who bent over backwards to fix our car in record time to get us home to Manchester from Cornwall. Brilliant comms all the way and such good value for money. Highly recommended.

I cannot thank you enough for looking after me over now many years. The team in Helston are just wonderful, reliable and the number of times saved me at very short notice. Huge thank you!
