HiQ Tyres & Autocare - Llansamlet (Swansea) Reviews 

Ordered Goodyear RUN FLAT tyres for a BMW online due to a reasonable price, for fitment at CEM Days Fiat dealership incorporating HiQ tyres at Llansamlet, Swansea.
Driving home from the depot after having four new tyres fitted, felt the car handling just felt totally strange.
On closer examination noticed that RUN FLAT TYRES had NOT been fitted to the BMW, just standard Goodyear tyres.
BMW’s are fitted with run flat tyres as standard as the car does not have a spare tyre or lifting jack.
Telephoned HiQ tyres and was told that these tyres fitted were original type of tyres fitted to the BMW, even though Run flats were replaced!!!!
Told they would ring back in 15 minutes, I assume to get their story correct as to why they had fitted the incorrect tyres and had charged me £88 more for the tyres that they had now fitted.
Returned to the depot as I was not getting any sense on the phone. To be met by, who I assume was the service manager who apologised and then proceeded to smirk, while telling me that a manager had told him to order these non run flat tyres.
New tyres have been ordered but it will be three days before they can be fitted. So I cannot use the car for three days as I cannot risk getting a puncture, to which this guy said “its out of my hands”
Thank you HiQ tyres, will not be buying from you again.
Surely the tyre fitter checks what tyres he is replacing!!!!

Update. Spoke to the after sales director at Days who hold the HiQ franchise at this depot. He was very apologetic and understood the problems that I encountered. Correct tyres have now been fitted. I've updated the rating in respect of the service overall from the original one star.
