could get a walk in appointment in an hour and waited got call from home to come home on bus. Gent said take key and car went to nearby Tesco shop came back said will go home on bus as I might damage partly deflated tyre. Went home and back on frequent bus, when I got back car was ready great.

Once again the Nuthall Road Nottingham branch went above and beyond. Ive used them for many years now for servicing and MOT so, when the car developed an odd knocking noise, they were my obvious choice. I phoned Steve at 2.30pm on Friday afternoon, he asked me to take the car straight there and, by 4.30, the fault was diagnosed and fixed, and the car was back on the road. Coffee and Jelly Babies were offered while we waited and the cost was really competitive. Thanks again to Steve, Martin, John and Stefan for your usual first class service.

I was welcomed and shown seating area. My car was immediately put up for mot. I could see how it was going. When done informed of what needed doing. New tyre reasonably priced. Altogether a pleasant experience

The minute I’ve walked in to inquire about car service and MOT prices, I realised, how friendly people at the receptions. I also called them after to make bookings- same friendly approach. So the Mot and service took a few hours. Great prices- twice cheaper than at my car dealership, amazing customer service. Will be coming back next year. Thank you!

Took my car for an MOT, it failed on a number of things . Could have taken it elsewhere to get fixed. The price quoted I thought was high and could be done cheaper elsewhere, but I didn't want to start shopping as i was new to the area. my upset is the lack of customer service at this branch. I work in London and had a 6pm train , Also wanted to know if the car would be ready in time for my kids after school activities for me to take him there. Since the branch told me the day before, they would order parts and start working on it, i expected it to be done sooner rather than later. But the next day i called at 9:30 am, 11am, 12 noon, 1 :30, and no one answered the call. someone answered at 2 and said it should be ready between 3-4 PM. i told him i was travelling , and his answer was more of, we do it and do it when we can. not giving a toss, hes heard it all before so couldnt care less. I arrived at 16:30 hoping to drive straight to the station, car was not still being worked on, when the car was parked outside in the lot, the customer service guy was with someone else, no biggie i waited, he started chatting away to this customer about car stories. No one else was there. The MOT guy would be a better customer rep, he saw me and went to get someone to come attend, by the time someone came, the customer service rep had returned. I missed my train, as there was no time to get to the centre, had to pay another £90 to go to work. was the car done properly - Yes, would i go there again - No chance

The guys here gave me dealship quality they looked after me like I had brought a brand new car. MOT straight in the door. Gave me a brake down and a real honest price. Highly recommend.
