I had such a brilliant experience with Hi-Q that I felt compelled to share it. From the moment I arrived, the team genuinely looked after me, and I left feeling completely confident in the work they’d done.

What really stood out was the manager, Malk. Not only was he friendly and professional, but he went above and beyond by giving my car a full once-over with a free vehicle check. I wasn’t expecting that level of care at all, and it was such a pleasant surprise. It’s rare these days to find a garage that takes the time to make sure you feel valued as a customer.

I’ll definitely be returning, and I’d recommend Hi-Q to anyone who wants honest, reliable service with a personal touch.

Went in thinking I had a hole in my exhaust, ended up being my wheel bearings. Booked me in the next day to get sorted, all done in 4 hours.

Came is with flat tyre sorted it out straight away so friendly & helpful, very good value, definitely coming back again thank you

Called in with a flat tyre on my van. Spoke to a mechanic who promptly investigated and identified the fault as the valve not the tyre. Replaced valve, re-fitted wheel and offered to check all other tyre pressures. Quick, friendly service and excellent value - the repair was only £11.00 fitted, saving me £90. Job done in minutes. Had some tyres delivered to be fitted, I had a slot booked but popped in before slot as I had a question. Was more then helpful and even helped educate me with my question which I was grateful for as I now know for the future. They even fitted tyres there and then so I didn’t need to go back later. Very friendly would highly recommend.

HiQ have always been so helpful! I would highly recommend the staff and service you receive at this garage. On two occasions I have been unable to get to the garage due to flat tyres and both times this was sorted by HiQ on the same time. Really helpful and friendly! Thank you

I took my car in after it developed a steering issue and Malcolm took a look at it straight away and he and his team diagnosed the problem and booked me in a couple of days later. They got me back on the road in no time and were very helpful throughout. And the price was very fair indeed.

Work on exhaust done perfectly on time and communication was great.

Got us sorted for new rear brakes and pads after it started making a noise on the way to Legoland. In and sorted within an hour and a half... and saved our trip too. Top stuff!!

It failed on a few things
But these amazing guys work on my car to get it though a retest and it passed

Had MOT and service done on 54 plate mk1 ford focus failed on few things .I had the work done by Tim. took car home and next day had a noise coming from fan belt area , Malcolm persevere with it and found noise and fixed it with a new part and also got rid of another noise what I had for about 6 months before going for MOT will definitely use again thanks both Nuneaton hiq

In 40 years of motoring (and as a former mechanic), this was the best garage / tyre centre experience I have ever had. Malcolm and Jack dropped what they were doing and solved an exceptionally unusual and difficult problem with my car when I quickly popped in to collect a tyre I had ordered. A very pro-active and 'can do' approach. I live 500 miles away from that branch, but will still use it when I (frequently) travel to the Midlands. Brilliant.
