If it wasn’t for the local manager at the depot I would still be waiting for my tyres. Your online ordering system needs looking at as the depot had no sight of the order when I phoned up to arrange my time. The depot manager chanced down my order and eventually I got my tyres a day later than I had requested. Thank you depot manager.

Leaving a review on the behalf of my uncle who used HiQ. Great service! Gentlemen in the reception was very friendly upon arrival and obviously knew what they were talking about. The work was done quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price. 100% will recommend to my family and friends.

I was sent to them by the RAC . To have a replacement trye fitted. When I arrived Karl went out of his way to help me , when he found out that the wrong trye had been ordered and sent by the rac. He then was patient while I try to sort out the issue with the RAC in the end I had to pay for the trye myself which Karl gladly sourced and fitted I cannot thank him and HQ ties enough

I called once to ask if the tires were there, they told me they hadn't arrived yet, two days later I went to the garage, and they told me the tires weren't there yet. Poor communication, I don't value customers. Don't use this garage, they are not reliable.

Our vehicle was out on a multidrop around the country. Peterborough HiQ fit him in at short notice, to repair a puncture and got him back on his way. Much appreciated. Thank you

I brought my car in for warranty service under RAC in April after noticing several issues: unusual noises when braking, problems with the auto start, and the key not being detected. I had only purchased the vehicle in February. I left the car with HiQ (Maskew Avenue, Peterborough) for the day, paid £60 for a diagnostic, and was told they would contact RAC regarding the issues.

After hearing nothing for a week, I followed up with RAC, only to be told they had received no communication at all from the garage. I then contacted the garage directly and was assured they would reach out to RAC — but again, nothing happened.

To make matters worse, when I asked for the coolant to be topped up, I was told to “just add water” — which was both dismissive and worrying. I genuinely felt I was being treated differently and less seriously because I’m a woman. I left a review at the time expressing my frustration.

A manager later contacted me in response to that review, apologized, and invited me to take the car to their other location on Welland Road. I brought the car in on June 14. They diagnosed the problems and said they would report them to RAC and update me once they had a response.

Two weeks later, still nothing. I followed up with RAC on June 30, only to be told yet again that no communication had been received from the garage. When I called the garage to find out what happened, I was spoken to in a rude and arrogant manner. The person on the phone dismissed me outright, claiming the issues weren’t covered by RAC — without even having submitted the diagnostic or knowing the details of my warranty. That’s not their decision to make.

I know for a fact that at least the key issue is covered. Yet I’ve been met with total indifference, disrespect, and a shocking lack of professionalism at every step.

In short: I've wasted time, money, and energy, only to be ignored, misled, and treated with zero respect. Avoid both locations at all costs if you expect even the most basic level of service or accountability.

I’ve been a loyal customer, using this branch for services in the past, but my recent experience on 12/06/2025 was deeply disappointing. Despite a pre-booked MOT appointment and previously checked tyre deemed “safe,” the team failed to register the MOT, provided no service, and wrongly accused me of trying to get a free tyre. I was shouted at and asked to leave after calmly raising concerns. Later, I received a call hinting at undisclosed CCTV footage, which felt like intimidation. Alarmingly, they also displayed an expired public liability insurance certificate. As a returning client, I expected professionalism. Instead, I was treated unprofessionally, aggressively, and without basic customer respect. I don't recommend this branch unless major improvements are made.

I don't recommend this garage to anyone. They ask to pay, but don't give an invoice. They didn't return my car for longer than 12 days.
After 11 days, I was at the garage and they promised that the car will be done by Monday. On Tuesday. It's the new year, I am a mother and I have two kids that I promised to drive. But I can't do that, because the garage and again didn't return my car. Be careful with this garage. I don't recommend to anyone, always lies

Had a breakdown and chose to get tolled to HiQ (recommended by a friend).
What was suggested (by AA) to be a key configuration issue, turned out to be a battery replacement issue.
They were friendly, efficient and got my car ready to pick up the next day.

Needed quick tyre repair, couldn't of asked for better , fitted me in straight away ( Lost track how many times High-Q Tyres ,Welland Road ,have sorted me out over last few years) . No need for me to look elsewhere.

I found the garage who worked on my car were very efficient, thorough, and did an excellent repair on my vehicle. John the new manager was extremely helpful and explanatory on what work needed to be done.
I am overjoyed with the results. I have been using this garage for many years and have always been pleased with them. I can honestly recommend them.

The rear end of my car exhaust snapped off and HiQ peterborough branch was able to get it in the next day. After an inspection there was more faults than I thought however John the manager talked me through the issues and next steps. He really took the time to explain it to me, provided me details with costs of the parts and when it could be done by. The day it was due he called and provided me an update and how long it would take. Would definitely bring it here again, excellent customer service
