We were on holiday in Ruthin
We were on holiday in Ruthin, got a nail in a tire, contacted HiQ and they fitted us in straight away.
From the moment we walked in and were greated by Cat we felt valued.
Our car was taken into the workshop almost staright away, and we thought here we go £150+ for a new tire, (I only fit premeium brand tires to my car).
Within in minutes the technician called throught to reception to say the tire was repairable with plenty of tread left to last a lot more miles, what a saving, Other disreputable fitters would have ripped us off for a new tire.
Not only was the custoemr service 2nd to none but the staff also helped us with recomendations for place to eat locally, Local attractions and things to do, not to mention helping me use the coffe machine (Thanks Cat)
I cannot recomend HiQ Ruthin enough 11 out of 10.

Needed 2 tyres fitting 2 days before…
Needed 2 tyres fitting 2 days before xmas so booked them in. Got told after 3 so got there for 3.30. Gates locked up. Rang them...answer phone message saying they were shut.there opening hours are from 9 till 5 30.. thanks for ruining my xmas plans
