I went to this place for 4 tyres they told me I only needed two , very honest people so I also got my car serviced here and then had my mot done , I will definitely be using this place again

Brilliant customer service as always, wish I'd booked by phone rather than online as not sure how much the garage checks... My tyre job was booked in but my added note about pads was not known until the day. Also had no confirmation call.

Excellent customer service. I first used these guys a couple of months ago when my wife’s car needed 4 tyres and a wheel alignment. There was a mix up with the tyre order and when I arrived for the fitting the tyres weren’t in stock. Because we were travelling to York that same afternoon they put 4 better and more expensive tyres on and didn’t charge any extra. I was so impressed with them that when my car needed 4 tyres changing recently I brought it to these guys. I would definitely recommend this garage.

It's difficult being a woman to find honest helpful garage that won't rip you off I've already made another appointment for my other tyre and some other jobs coming up

Great experience, I ordered tyres online and arrived at the specified time and date, they checked my tyres and told me that I had ordered the incorrect ones (unique Alfa Romeoness!!)
Sorted and replacements sourced and ordered by the team.
Will defo use again.

Friendly people offering a very good service

Purchased tyres using the website, when arriving into the car park @ 4:30pm we were met by a member of the team who was able to confirm the make model and size of tyre straight away and asked us to pull into a bay. They were quite busy (people collecting cars/paying) but kept me up to date on how long it would be. Once the old tyres were taken off they brought them over and showed us any problems with them (tracking slightly off).

They offered the tracking service, explaining what symptoms we would have previously experienced while driving the car and confirmed straight away how much it would cost IF it was out. (cheaper than others around)

All in all it was a great experience and at no point did I feel left in the dark about what they were doing. They made us aware that our MOT was due shortly while dealing with the paperwork side of things!

We needed a rapid service slightly ahead of the normal schedule. Basically lunchtime and I had to be back for a meeting. Ordered the tyres on their excellent website so I knew what we were getting. And they fitted them two days earlier than the appointment, and I was back for my meeting, driving safer.
