Above and beyond

I was booked in for a simple wheel alignment procedure but my car developed a serious mechanical fault on the way to the garage. The guys diagnosed the fault in minutes but due to my car being 30 years old the part I needed was no longer available. I was totally stranded. The manager took it upon himself to drive me home and allowed me to leave the car there overnight until I could get it recovered the next day.
(Thank you, you saved me a lot of stress because I needed to pick my grandchildren up from school)
The customer service was second to none.
Every member of team went above and beyond. I can’t recommend them enough.
Other companies have a lot to learn from a business that’s run like this. Fantastic service all round.

Tyre Pressure Sensors Fitted

Recently visited for the first time for new Tyre Pressure Sensors and I cannot fault the customer service I received. All the staff at the Trafford Park depot looked after me and really listened to my concerns regarding some issues I've been experiencing.
Thank you for making the process run smoothly, I will be returning.
