I brought in my car because it could not change gears I was reassured by Clifton that it could be fixed. Very efficient service was informed all the way about progress I am very happy with the service

I’ve been to the Wellingborough branch 2 times recently- once for full service and once for the MOT. The service here at Wellingborough branch is brilliant. The guys are friendly, knowledgeable and they are trustworthy. Dan worked on my car on both occasions- and it’s really nice to talk to a mechanic who clearly loves what he does! Cannot recommend highly enough. I won’t take my MX5 anywhere else!

I booked my Car in for a free 10 point health check today. Brilliant service as always. No problems on the check with my car and great advice given for problems I asked about. Thanks Guys 😀

I cannot fault the superb service that Dan at HiQ Wellingborough provided for me when I needed an urgent MOT on my car. Even though I walked in well into the afternoon on the last Friday before New Year, he still managed to turnaround a same day MOT for me, literally within a matter of hours thanks to his quick use of a cancellation to my benefit. The whole team there provide a faultless and exemplary service - thank you all. I will be taking my business to HiQ Wellingborough from now on!

Booked in for an MOT was welcomed by a lovely guy called Daniel who was really friendly and approachable. Another lovely guy called Tom came and took my keys for its MOT.
I sat and waited while this was done and got chatting to another customer.
My car passed its MOT but had a few advisories on it, as I use my vehicle for work I decided I would get it done now rather than later so asked for a quote.
By this time another lovely guy was working on the desk I think his name was Cliff who was very knowledgable and explained to me. I was really happy with the quote so booked in for another day.
I’d just like to thank the guys who I spoke to for being so lovely. As a female driver I would highly recommend HiQ in Wellingborough.

After getting a bolt stuck in my tyre late Friday afternoon. My usual garage could not replace until the following Wednesday. I went to HiQ and they ordered a new tyre for the next day. They had reinflated to get me home. Great service.

I have used Hi Q a couple if times and I've had tyres replaced and a sensor fixed. Great Guys will do all they can to help, friendly and speedy service. Highly recomended.

Once again I got first class service. Dean was very welcoming when I arrived and before they did any extra work they phone me with a beforehand and gave me a price they also told me of some work that needed doing in the up coming months. The price was very reasonable for the work they did and they left my car clean and tidy. Mot and service done for another 12 months highly recommend this garage

Tyre appointment was on time & completed in no time at all.

I had an order to change one tyre.I arrived at the garage at 16 45 wich was in the time slot I was given but the fitter said he is too busy and doesn't have time to change my tyre.10 minutes job and he couldn't do it.What's the point of having appointments if you don't respect them.

Had to book an MOT last minute having been let down by another garage Darren could have not been more helpful and pleasant to deal with. Would highly recommend and will us them again.

HiQ Tyres & Autocare Wellingborough was excellent on Thursday morning 18 May when they serviced my enterprise car without an appointment squeezing me in to their busy schedule for the day. I had the run around from other shops even though I had an appointment with them and was told it would take all day. Enterprise didnt have any cars to replace mine with but they called HiQ to see if they could fit me in and they did! I was out in under an hour. Including having to get parts for my car to replace the filters. Great staff and all the guys were friendly and had me out so i could get to work without wasting a day trying to get the car serviced! HiQ Wellingborough really came through and got me on my way quickly! Thanks to the excellent staff I would bring my own cars there if they need service without hesitation! Even though I should not have to service an enterprise rental car on a business trip I didnt want to have to return it to Heathrow and HiQ took care of me quickly! Great service team!
