Forgotten work
I initially booked my car in for the garage to investigate a problem with the auxiliary drive belt. At the same time I booked a major service and later added an MOT. During the MOT some faults were discovered which were corrected and the car passed the MOT. On collection of the car, I asked about the auxiliary belt only to be told that the mechanic had forgotten to check this and that they would have a ‘quick look’. Result was that, yes there was a problem but it would need further investigation. This was somewhat disappointing as the car was initially booked in for that very reason. Just makes me think what else did they forget. As I live locally it would be good the find a trustworthy garage
