Biggest fraudsters of all time. Their modus operandi- be nice , polite till you have made payment. After that No response to your calls, mails.First month they will send the lady to your house...out of 30 days...she will work for 20 or 22 days....will ask for full month salary or will threaten to quit. Then upon taking full month salary , she will quit. So you end up paying 40thousand plus for 1 month of maid service ( salary+agency fee). Then forget about them answering to your calls , mails , message for replacement . Forget about 1 year contract and 3 replacement.They understand that for this amount of money individual don't want to waste their time in courtroom Specially in cities like mumbai.They have gang of 7-8 maids and 3-4 office girls ..sakshi, Namrata, Ashwini, Mansi ( god knows even if they declare their true names) which have become expert in this modus operandi.My sincerest advise , don't contact them for any of your maid requirement.

I paid ₹22,000 as an initial registration fee to Hire Maid for guaranteed maid continuity or replacement.
✅ Before payment: Extremely polite, reassuring, promised “no worries” if maid leaves.
💸 After payment: Communication dropped sharply. Team became unresponsive.

🔴 What happened:
- First maid left after just 15 days.
- Team asked me to interview candidates myself via WhatsApp.
- Dates were suggested → But on join day: “Maid isn’t picking up.”
- Repeated 5 times in 3 weeks.
- Still NO replacement after 22 days — despite paying ₹22k + 15 days salary for one maid.

🚨 Red flags:
- Promised “immediate replacement” → Failed completely.
- First maid agreed to work 2 months without leave → Then suddenly “urgent family issue” → Left after taking money.
- Pattern suggests: First maid is bait. Payment = exit strategy.

🚨 I’m sharing this publicly so:
1. Others who faced similar issues can speak up.
2. Authorities & platforms can flag this company.
3. Customers get awareness + possible compensation.

Please share widely. This isn’t service — it’s exploitation.

They are cheaters. They will never give a replacement. The aligned caretakers are arrogant Psychos. I have been chasing them for new one and they never respond back.

Its a SCAM!!!! don't go for it.

Do not fall for this company it is a full fraud and they do not respond to any calls. I feel they send the maids only to work for 2 to 3 days and then make sure they leave and scam others .

Hire maids India are the worst service providers , they don’t respond to you after they take money from you. They don’t even replace the nanny

group of cheaters...first they respond...in a very professional way...they send well documented terms and conditions...they impress customers...
after getting the initial fees of 1180 rupees...they create
a wtsapp group and after that vanish!!!

Well trained cheaters. Before making the payment they assured for best service and providing maid immediately and as per my criteria. After the payment was made scenario changed drastically. No response to my calls or messages. They created a group with over 20 members and amazingly not a single person from that group responds. Not even the person who contacted me at the initial stage. Fantastically framed art work of cheaters for defrauding people out their. And to my surprise all are girls. Why should boys be accused of all these. Now both are equal.

No proper service
No follow up
Complete fraud like system
Took my money twice and no service
Promised for refund still nothing has been done.
Not at all recommended

Nobody is picking the call nor responding on WhatsApp

This is a scam. I contacted the company for full time nanny. Relationship manager contacted me and explained the process and was constantly following up untill I paid the registration fee. Now it's been 10 days and I haven't got any maid. Also RM has stopped responding to my messages. Please do not fall into trap.

Fake agency … not trustworthy one …do not contact them for any services… all unprofessional illiterate people running the agency

Fraud group of Girls, Well planned, clear documentations, I am calling well educated because they know how to convince people when they are in extreme need, i got impressed by their proactiveness for interviewing and all hiring process, but once they get the money they will vanish in the air as if never existed, amazing promises but no fulfilments If you are someone in need don’t fall in the trap and if hire-maid reading I want my money back, I am not entertaining any explanation.

Hire maids India is very fraud company.i heir a nanny from there n she was just lazy n don't want to take of the kid n if I assign some work she was always ready to fight to avoid workn very rude. For change of nanny they are are not responding the calls

Hire maid is a complete fraud agency. Before providing any maids they will ask for money and once you make the payment they will not even pick up your phone.
I just want to call the people names here who are working there and they are completely fraud.

Please dont hire any nanny from this agency.
We hired a baby sitter and had a worst experience. She stolen our baby wearing gold chain.

We asked her to leave next day and she is demanding for payment for 4 days working.

And during 4 days, she was always on phone and never took care of baby. They are not experienced at all.

Now these agency ppl are not responding to us and not picking our calls.

Please do verify thoroughly before hiring any Nanny for baby.

We are so scared now, thinking she is capable to even kidnap babies.

The company is complete fraud.. They shares verified profile. The japa who came has no work experience except raising her own 5 childrens and their childrens. All she knew was to sleep and talk on phone whole day or else cook her favorite meals.. The agency was informed immediately. Now after taking money they dont bother reaponding. After my hospital discharge there is no help for what i paid them money for. They are not ready to refund, no revert on call or message. They keep saying we will send more profiles but thats of no use because by the time you interview and select it will be ages and you will not need their service..

Naming some of the culprits- Prachi ( she is the main as she only sell this service and now no response) Namrata, Pallavi, Ashwini, etc.

Fraud agency, they just fleece your money and never return call

Worst service, they just take money from clients, they don’t even have availability of maids. After taking money they don’t respond on calls. They don’t receive calls of clients after taking money from them. Not recommended, highly disappointed

Hire Maids is the worst maid company. We hired baby care from them. She wanted to leave job after 4 months so we asked hire maids for replacement. Even after so many follow ups they just don't give response. I would never recommend any one to this company.
