Panasonic L mount lens hire
Decided to hire a lens for our holiday in France. After booking it online I had to fill-in some security related questions and also spoke to a Hireacamera staff member on the phone before the hire was approved. All fine and understandable as this was an expensive lens. Lens delivery was handled well. Lens collection afterwards was also ok except that the company involved did not provide a time other that all day (7-17 hours or similar) which simply meant I had to be prepared to be in all day. Collection was in the morning as it turned out and also I guess I could have chosen to return the lens via RM Special delivery myself if I wanted to. So all good and the service was excellent !! Will use Hireacamera again !!

Zoom lens for safari trip.
We hired a zoom lens for our DSLR camera to take on safari. I called before ordering to check I was ordering the right lens and the team was very helpful. Then I had another call from the team nearer the hire to make sure everything was alright and I had the right insurance and the lens arrived in good time. It was well packaged, was perfect for our trip and we got some amazing photos! I would definitely recommend them and will hire from them again if we need to.

I've already reviewed this company. They are excellent. On this hire I did have a technical problem with a piece of equipment, but they went above and beyond to get a working replacement with me in time for the shoot. Great customer service.

Another really smooth transaction! The kit was dispatched early and was in top condition and packed really well in Peli cases - all the items needed for the return of the kit were included.

Excellent company to deal with
Good communication from start to finish. Before the camera was sent they called me to double check that the product was suitable for the purpose. They even sent the camera ahead of time. The quality and condition of the camera was very good and my deposit refunded promptly. All in all excellent company to deal with
