If you want your items delivered safely use someone else

I hired Martin who is really a man with a van to move some furniture. A marble console was smashed in the process. Liability was admitted and Martin was very apologetic taking responsibility. He confirmed he would be making a claim on his insurance but after 3 months of chasing this up it's obvious he doesn't have any insurance in place. There has been no offer to compensate for the replacement costs which I have had to pay out for. Now hes gone quiet. If you want your items delivered safely use someone else.
